FFPC Playoff Challenge More Than 50% Full Already

Three Days Remain For Entries

Playoff Challenge Registrations Pacing Faster Than Last Year

If you haven't entered the 2021-22 World Famous FFPC Playoff Challenge yet, what are you waiting for?

As a reminder, the Challenge will have 12 starting roster spots rather than the 10 starting roster spots in a typical FFPC starting lineup. The two added starting roster spots will both be FLEX spots (Flex can be RB, WR or TE). With fourteen total playoff teams and 12 starting roster spots, each entrant will need to fade two teams, which has always been the case for the FFPC Playoff Challenge.

And if you have entered more than once, we have some great news for you. Just go to your MyTeams page to check out the Playoff Challenge Multi-Team Lineup Management page.

This new tool allows you quick access to all of your lineups in the Challenge, Just click on the the team name on the left side of the page to see that entry's current lineup on the right side of the page. Your lineup changes are automatically saved every time you add or change a player in it. And if you want to quickly find which leagues you own a certain player, you'll be able to easily do that from this page, too.

The main details of the Challenge are listed below:

  • Entry fee: $200 per team
  • Contest capped at a maximum of 7,250 entries
  • $500,000 Grand Prize
  • $1,289,250 in guaranteed prizes paying down to 850th place
  • Contest runs from the start of the NFL playoffs through the Super Bowl
  • Each team consists of 12 players in an FFPC starting roster format (plus two additional flexes)

Owens, Chapman & Moes Win 2021 BPs

Along with the High Society league, our FFPC Big Payback leagues that feature $5,000 entry fees and $25,000 first-place prizes, are among the toughest competition that you can find anywhere. And this year's edition featured three separate five-figure winners.

In the Big Payback #1 league, it was Brian Owens' No Mercy squad, led by Najee Harris' 29.6, Josh Allen's 25.1 and Cooper Kupp's 21.5, that found its way to a title in the two-week playoff as it defeated Kimra Schleicher's CC's Hitters 336.2-293.2. Mr Bill--owned by Steven Bill and Don Ezzell--finished behind Owens to take third place.

Owens took home $25,000 for first and an additional $5,000 for being a top-two seed in the regular season with Schleicher bringing in $15,000 for second place. The Ezzells earned $5,000 and banked another $5,000 for being the other top-two seed.

Albert Chapman's Geckos was able to win the title in Big Payback #2 as it came out ahead of second-place Seth Kahler and Austin Martin 328.6-309.7. Tom Brady (31.5), Braxton Berrios (26.7), Devin Singletary (23) and Hunter Renfrow (20.6) did most of the heavy lifting en route to a 182.7 Week 17 score for Chapman.

The Geckos cashed $25,000 for first and another $5,000 for being the two-seed while Kahler and Martin got $15,000 for second plus another $5,000 for being the two seed. Ron Gaché's Shake-N-Bake placed third, good for $5,000.

Former NBA Coach of the Year Doug Moe and his son Doug Moe, Jr. were able to come out on top in Big Payback #3 as their team beat Kevin and Brad Brophy's OasisNeals 327.1-304.15. Amon-Ra St. Brown's 35.4, Singletary, Trey Lance's 22.55 and Rob Gronkowski's 22 were the heavy hitters for the Moes as they cashed a $25,000 first-place purse along with an additional $5,000 for being the one-seed.

The Brophys won $15,000 for second along with another $5,000 for being the two-seed in the regular season. David Coman and Roger Jared's JarCo finished in third in this league for $5,000 as well.

It was awesome to watch these 36 teams battle it out in these three leagues over the course of the season. Congrats to each of the three winners. In 2022, these leagues should be just as fun and competitive once again!'
