FFPC Chop Leagues are a 14-round snake draft with a 17-week season. Every week, the lowest scoring team is chopped (eliminated). The roster of the chopped team is released into free agency. The remaining teams can add these players through free agency via blind bidding (FAAB). Chop Best Ball Leagues have weekly optimized starting lineups. The last team standing at the end of 17 weeks will be named Chop League Champion.

*Each team in FFPC Chop Leagues will have $1000 bidding dollars for free agency acquisition bidding (FAAB) for the duration of the season. The minimum bid is $1. Any team that uses all $1000 FAAB will no longer be able to add players for the remainder of the season. There are no exceptions to this rule. From weeks 1-14, all players from chopped rosters will be placed into the free agency pool on Tuesday morning, where they will become available for bidding by the remaining teams. Beginning week 15, players from chopped rosters will no longer be added to the free agent pool. Instead, these players will be locked and made unavailable for the remainder of the season. Remaining teams can still make free agent acquisitions with any players who were already in the free agent pool, or any players who are dropped by the remaining teams. To be clear, the players from the two chopped teams in week 15 and 16 will be the only players made unavailable for addition to rosters during the season.
