Rourke (knee) is out for Sunday's game versus the Titans, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Rourke will have to wait at least one more week to suit up for his first NFL game as he continues to recover from the torn ACL he suffered in his final year at Indiana. Mac Jones should continue to serve as San Francisco's top option at backup quarterback behind starter Brock Purdy.

Blair reverted to the Falcons' practice squad Friday, per the NFL's transaction log.

The Falcons elevated Blair from the practice squad ahead of Thursday night's showdown with the Buccaneers. The wide receiver and special teamer logged three offensive snaps and five special teams snaps in the win over the division rival.

Ogunbowale is expected to be a depth option Sunday, as Woody Marks, who opened the week with a knee injury, carries no injury designation ahead of the Week 15 matchup against the Cardinals.

The week started with both Marks and Nick Chubb (ribs) as non-participants in Wednesday's practice, opening a window slightly for Ogunbowale. Since then, Marks logged a limited practice Thursday and was a full participant Friday. Chubb sat out Thursday and got on the field Friday for a limited session, which included stretching on the side and working with the training staff. Ogunbowale could steal snaps from Chubb, but it looks like Marks should be a workhorse against Arizona.

Ruckert is set to have a bigger role in Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

In the absence of Mason Taylor (neck), Ruckert is set to take on a bigger role, likely in both the pass and run game. The tight end will likely be utilized as an additional blocker to protect Brady Cook and to open up holes for Breece Hall, but his ability in the receiving game cannot be understated. Ruckert has 18 receptions for 150 yards and one touchdown on 21 targets this season as the backup to Mason Taylor. Being thrust into the No. 1 tight end role means the 2022 third-rounder could see a further increased target share in Sunday's contest as well.

Thomas (calf) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Eagles.

Thomas continued to trend in a positive direction with full participation in practice Friday after opening the week as a non-participant with a calf injury sustained in Week 14. The 29-year-old's progression is a good sign for his availability Sunday against the Eagles. If Thomas is unable to play, Carter Runyon will act as the No. 3 tight end behind Brock Bowers and Micheal Mayer.

Smartt (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Smartt was able to practice Friday without limitations, but he'll need to pass an evaluation from an independent neurologist in order to clear the league's concussion protocol ahead of Sunday's game. The fourth-year pro has mostly served on special teams this season, but he could see an expanded role on offense Sunday behind Jeremy Ruckert due to the absence of Mason Taylor (neck).

Mostert (knee) was a limited participant in Friday's practice but holds no injury designation for Sunday's game against the Eagles.

Mostert appeared on Thursday's injury report with a knee injury and was able to upgrade to a limited participant in Friday's practice. The limited participation the running back engaged in seems to have been deemed thorough enough that he will play in Sunday's game. Mostert has 21 rush attempts for 98 yards through 10 games this season, and will likely account for his normal relief volume behind Ashton Jeanty in Sunday's contest.

Juszczyk (ribs) does not have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Titans, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Juszczyk fractured his rib during the 49ers' Week 13 win over the Browns. The veteran fullback had extra time to recovery courtesy of the 49ers' Week 14 bye, and he's been given the green light to play in Sunday's home game. Juszczyk has mostly operated as a backfield blocker on run plays but has also been effective in the passing attack, having hauled in 20 passes (on 23 targets) for 187 yards and a touchdown through 13 regular-season games.

Bachman (thumb) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Eagles.

Bachman was unable to practice all week and will miss a second consecutive game due to a thumb injury. He's mostly worked on special teams this season, but his absence opens the door for Phillip Dorsett, Shedrick Jackson, Brenden Rice, Justin Shorter or DJ Turner to be elevated from the practice squad to the active roster ahead of Sunday's game. Bachman's next opportunity to play is Week 16 against the Texans on Sunday, Dec. 21.

Zylstra (knee) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Rams, Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com reports.

Zylstra logged three limited practices heading into Week 15 against the Rams, a step up from his practice progression in Week 14 when he ended the week as a non-participant. If the 29-year old does return, he would be making his first appearance since Week 2 against the Bears. The fifth-year pro plays a majority of snaps on special teams but could possibly see a larger role on offense with Sam LaPorta on injured reserve.
