Dart cleared concussion protocol and will return to Thursday's game against the Eagles, Art Stapleton of The Bergen Record reports.

Dart was hit in the head and shoulder area while attempting to escape pressure late in the third quarter. He was evaluated for a concussion and cleared, and returned to the game after missing only a couple of offensive plays.

Dart exited Thursday's game against the Eagles with an apparent upper-body injury, Ralph Vacchiano of Fox Sports reports.

Dart was attempting to escape pressure late in the third quarter and suffered a series of hard hits to his head and shoulder area. He ran off the field under his own power but straight into the medical tent. Russell Wilson replaced him to complete the drive, though Dart was spotted with his helmet on the sideline during the Eagles' next offensive possession.

Parkinson (concussion) remained limited in Thursday's practice, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

Parkinson picked up the concussion in last Thursday night's loss to the 49ers. If neither Parkinson nor Tyler Higbee (hip) can play Sunday against the Ravens, Davis Allen and Terrance Ferguson would handle tight-end duties for Los Angeles.

Watkins (calf) did not participate at practice Thursday, Vic Tafur of The Athletic reports.

Watkins remained unavailable for practice Thursday, as he continues to nurse the calf injury that he suffered in early September. The wide receiver will have one more chance to return to practice before Sunday's matchup with the Buccaneers.

Homer (calf) logged a full practice Thursday.

Homer remains on injured reserve but was designated for return earlier this week, opening his 21-day practice window. Homer doesn't have much of an offensive role in Chicago when healthy.

Monangai (thigh) did not practice Thursday.

It's Monangai's first appearance on the injury report this season. The seventh-round rookie has carried the ball just 17 times for 62 scoreless yards through four games, adding three catches for 23 yards on five targets. Monangai is little more than an end-of-bench stash in fantasy.

Jefferson (ankle) practiced in limited fashion Thursday.

Jefferson was unable to practice in any capacity Wednesday, so his activity Thursday was a step in the right direction. There should be a clearer picture of his potential availability for a Week 6 matchup against Las Vegas on Friday, depending on whether he can avoid an injury designation.

Godwin (fibula) didn't practice Thursday, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

All of Godwin, fellow WR Mike Evans (hamstring) and RB Bucky Irving (foot/shoulder) weren't spotted at Thursday's session and subsequently went down as non-participants for a second day in a row. Both Evans and Irving are trending toward absences Sunday against the 49ers due to their respective lingering injuries, but it's unclear if Godwin's new fibula issue has him in the same boat. Friday's practice thus will be key for Godwin to put himself in a position to suit up (or not) this weekend.

Williams (groin) was a limited participant at practice Thursday.

Williams has now opened the week with back-to-back limited practices due to an apparent groin injury. The wide receiver will have one more shot Friday to log a full practice prior to Sunday's matchup with Cincinnati.

The Saints signed Jones to the practice squad Thursday.

Jones was cut from the active roster earlier in the week but returns to New Orleans as organizational depth. Jones appeared in all five games to begin the season, returning eight kickoffs for 183 yards while playing just two offensive snaps.
