$10,000 Grand Prize Goes To ffrich in $35-Entry Tournament

Another long-time FFPC player and champion was able to win the inaugural FFPC Superflex Best Ball Tournament in another tightly bunched final week of scoring. ffrich's Coyotes SF-BBT 731 tallied 171.48 points in Week 17, thanks to some big help from Christian McCaffrey's 31.3. TenaciousAF's supernasty5.15 came up just a point-and-a-half short to place second. Here was the $10,000-winning roster from FFRich:

The 2022 FFPC Superflex Best Ball Tournament featured a $10,000 grand prize with $163,875 in total prizes at a $35 entry fee. It was a Superflex Best Ball Slim format and rules (no kickers and no defenses) with 20-round drafts, a 14-week regular season and single week elimination playoffs from weeks 15-17 before a champion was crowned at the end of week 17.

There were no No head-to-head matchups, no need to set lineups, no waivers or free agency. Best Ball is “Set it and Forget it”. The 20 players you draft is your roster for the entire season--weekly optimized scoring lineups are automatically started every week.

Week 18 Weekly Challenge Closing Shortly

Have you joined the Week 18 FFPC Weekly Challenge yet, players? It's our last one of the season, so get in now, and don't miss out!

As a reminder, there's no draft or salary cap: Just choose 10 or 12 players by Sunday's kickoff and watch them ride all the way through the weekend's games. But remember, you can only pick ONE player per NFL team!

And if you want to get your 2023 fantasy season off to a great start, then play the $200 FFPC Weekly Challenge (10 teams) in both classic and/or slim versions. These are 'winner-take-all' 10-team contests with the winner receiving a 2023 FFPC Main Event credit!

The cost is $35 or $200 to enter in these 30- and 100-team contests. Play the classic format with kickers and defenses or the slim format that does not have them. You may enter up to three times in each 30-team contest or five times in each 100-team contest. Here's what's available this week:

Playoff Challenge Entries End in 6 Days

If you already have regular season prizes in your account, or if you're due to win cash after next week, remember that your winnings can be applied to the 2022-23 World Famous FFPC Playoff Challenge. It's the last big contest we have until we turn the page to 2023, players.

The Challenge will have 12 starting roster spots rather than the 10 starting roster spots in a typical FFPC starting lineup. The two added starting roster spots will both be FLEX spots (Flex can be RB, WR or TE). With fourteen total playoff teams and 12 starting roster spots, each entrant will need to fade two teams, which has always been the case for the FFPC Playoff Challenge.

The main details of the Challenge are listed below:

• Entry fee: $200 per team
• Contest capped at a maximum of 7,800 entries.
• $500,000 Grand Prize
• $1,400,250 in guaranteed prizes paying down to 900th place
• Contest runs from the start of the NFL playoffs through the Super Bowl.
• Each team consists of 12 players in an FFPC starting roster format (plus two additional flexes).
• Each team chooses from 14 playoff teams but only ONE per team.
• All rosters will be locked by kickoff of the first NFL playoff game Saturday, January 14th.
• No roster adjustments will be allowed even for games starting later.
