Krautwurst, Swantak/Serfass Win Varsity

In 2021, we once again offered two separate Varsity leagues that featured $3,000 entries in total points formats. And after the dust settled in Week 17, it was Adam Krautwurst and Jack Haan's squads that each took home the two $20,000 first-place prizes.

In Varsity #1, Krautwurst's FP Draft Guy tallied 2,655.2 points on the year, which was plenty to defeat runner-up Kevin and Jamison Proctor's Throwbacks that scored 2,567.15. Leading the way for FP Draft Guy in Week 17 were Joe Burrow (39.3) and Cooper Kupp (21.5).

The Proctors brought home $8,500 for second with Danny Mueller's Blitzers cashing $4,000 for their third-place efforts.

Over in Varsity #2, it was Michael Swantak's and William Serfass' Gods recognize Gods stopping Brad Kruse's Fantasy Assassins from winning by putting up a 163.5 in Week 17 behind Ja'Marr Chase's 55.6 and Josh Allen's 25.1. Swantak and Serfass cashed $20,000 while Kruse brought in $8,500 for finishing second in this league as well. The $4,000 third-place award went to Michael Zucca's Mongooses.

Congrats to all six teams that cashed, and we look forward to seeing how these leagues play out again in 2022!
