Ward completed 19 of 33 passes for 175 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Sunday's 33-19 loss to the Rams. He added four rushes for eight yards.

Ward struggled with efficiency for the second consecutive week, averaging only 5.3 yards per attempt. However, he showed off his playmaking ability while connecting with Elic Ayomanor for his first pro touchdown after scrambling for several seconds before throwing across his body for a nine-yard score. Ward also completed three passes of more than 20 yards, two of which went to Calvin Ridley, which was also an improvement over Week 1. Ward isn't trustworthy for standard fantasy formats yet, but he did seem to take a step forward in his second pro start.

Ward completed 12 of 28 passes for 112 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 20-12 loss to the Broncos.

Ward drew a tough assignment in his pro debut in a difficult road environment against a defense that is projected to be one of the best in the league. His stat line reflects that, as he managed only 4.0 yards per attempt while also taking six sacks. Ward was slightly off target on a few passes to Calvin Ridley that could have changed the trajectory of his performance, but the duo should gain increased chemistry as the season progresses.

Hall rushed 10 times for 29 yards and caught two of three targets for nine yards in Sunday's 30-10 loss to the Bills.

Hall finished second on the team in both rushing yards and receiving yards, as Garrett Wilson (50) was the only Jet to reach double digits in the latter category. Justin Fields couldn't get anything going through the air prior to sustaining a concussion in the fourth quarter, and the lack of any passing threat made it hard for Hall to find any holes against a front-loaded Bills defense. Backup Braelon Allen handled just two carries, so at least Hall's locked in as the lead back heading into a Week 3 trip to Tampa Bay.

Hall rushed 19 times for 107 yards and caught two of four targets for 38 yards in Sunday's 34-32 loss to the Steelers.

Hall ripped off an 18-yard run on the game's first play, setting the tone for a strong performance on the ground. He was also the team's second-leading receiver behind Garrett Wilson. Braelon Allen had an eight-yard touchdown run but mustered only one yard on five other carries, so Hall's the clear lead back for the Jets heading into a Week 2 home game against the Bills.

Jeudy secured four of eight targets for 51 yards in the Browns' 41-17 loss to the Ravens on Sunday.

Jeudy's receiving yardage total led the Browns on a day when Joe Flacco threw for just 199 yards, and when he and Dillon Gabriel spread the ball around to nine different pass catchers. There was talk of a second consecutive breakout campaign for Jeudy heading into 2025, and through two games, he has a 9-117-0 line on 16 targets as a Week 3 home date with the Packers approaches next Sunday.

Jeudy recorded five receptions on eight targets for 66 yards in Sunday's 17-16 loss to the Bengals.

Jeudy saw decent target volume overall, though Joe Flacco distributed the ball evenly to Harold Fannin, Cedric Tillman and Dylan Sampson. Jeudy narrowly led the team in receiving yards thanks to a meaningless catch in the final seconds of the game to turn in a passable fantasy line. However, he also dropped a target on fourth down early in the fourth quarter and had a pass deflect off his hands to turn the ball over earlier in the contest. Jeudy should have the chance to put together decent fantasy performances so long as Joe Flacco is under center, but it would be reassuring to see him command a higher rate of targets in Week 2 against the Ravens.

Njoku brought in four of five targets for 40 yards in the Browns' 41-17 loss to the Ravens on Sunday.

Njoku tied for second in receptions and finished third in receiving yards on the afternoon for the Browns. Fellow tight end Harold Fannin still outpaced Njoku by one catch and eight receiving yards, however, although both players saw the same number of targets. It appears each will retain meaningful roles in the offense for the time being, and Njoku will head into a Week 3 home matchup against the Packers with a 7-77-0 receiving line on 11 targets.

Njoku recorded three receptions on six targets for 37 yards in Sunday's 17-16 loss to the Bengals.

Njoku was projected to be Joe Flacco's second target behind Jerry Jeudy, but he was overshadowed by several Browns' pass catchers. The most notable was rookie tight end Harold Fannin, who drew rave reviews during the preseason and carried that into the regular season with nine targets. It's likely that Njoku retakes a larger role in the offense moving forward, but Flacco's distribution of targets in Week 1 was concerning.

Etienne rushed 14 times for 71 yards and brought in two of three targets for 18 yards and a touchdown in the Jaguars' 31-27 loss to the Bengals on Sunday.

Etienne went a long way toward proving his breakout Week 1 performance was no fluke, as he averaged 5.1 yards per carry while comfortably pacing the Jaguars in rush attempts and rushing yards. The versatile veteran also made his mark as a receiver via an 11-yard touchdown catch with just over four minutes remaining in the third quarter, his first score of any kind in the new season. With ex-backfield mate Tank Bigsby now in Philadelphia, Etienne looks entrenched as the clear-cut No. 1 back in head coach Liam Coen's productive offense going into a Week 3 home divisional matchup against the Texans next Sunday.

Etienne carried the ball 16 times for 143 yards and caught all three of his targets for 13 yards in Sunday's 26-10 win over the Panthers.

The fourth-year RB headed into Week 1 with big questions about his spot on the Jaguars' depth chart, and how much of the workload he might have to share with Tank Bigsby and rookie Bhayshul Tuten. Etienne answered those questions in emphatic fashion, with his longest gain going for 71 yards in the second quarter to set up a Brian Thomas touchdown. Meanwhile, Bigsby and Tuten combined for just 23 rushing yards on eight carries, and neither one caught a pass. New coach Liam Coen turned Bucky Irving into a star last season in Tampa Bay, and at least through one week, he appears to be working that same magic with Etienne. He'll look to keep rolling in a Week 2 road battle against the Bengals.

Purdy (left shoulder/toe) officially was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.

Coach Kyle Shanahan said Purdy (toe/shoulder) will be limited at Wednesday's practice, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Purdy (toe/shoulder), who has been ruled out for Sunday's game in New Orleans, is considered unlikely to be available for the 49ers' Week 3 game versus the Cardinals, though his condition has improved over the past week, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. "We'll see for next week," one source told Schefter, regarding Purdy's status. "Next week will be tight, but he progressed a lot this week."

Sampson rushed four times for six yards and brought in all three targets for 13 yards and a touchdown in the Browns' 41-17 loss to the Ravens on Sunday.

Sampson rushed the ball 12 times for 29 yards in Sunday's 17-16 loss to the Bengals. He added eight receptions on eight targets for 64 yards.

Jennings (ankle/shoulder) officially didn't practice Wednesday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
