The two-time Pro Bowler has passed for over 300 yards and scored multiple touchdowns in each of his last five matchups against the Miami Dolphins. The 45 rushing yards he's averaged in those contests is the cherry on top. Although he only threw for 232 yards in his season debut, Allen's four touchdowns confirm that the Buffalo scoring offense runs through the quarterback. Allen is dealing with an injury to his non-throwing hand, but he's been a full participant in practice this week. Allen belongs in starting lineups in every fantasy league.

Cleveland Browns running back Jerome Ford carried the ball 10 times for 37 yards and caught three of his four targets for 33 yards in a 21-15 loss to the New York Giants in Week 3. Ford wound up leading the Browns in carries and rushing yards while finishing second on the team in receiving in the close loss. Meanwhile, teammate D'Onta Foreman only saw two carries for five yards in the contest. The Cleveland backfield has been tough to predict through three weeks with Ford leading the way in Weeks 1 and 3 while D'Onta Foreman took the majority of the workload in Week 2. Ford will remain involved, especially in the passing game, heading into a road matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 4.

The Giants have struggled this season and the game script could favor Foreman, who presumably would be on the field for the majority of the second half if the Browns can build a lead and go into clock-killing mode. Ford still can do damage in the passing game but he settles in as an RB3 due to volume concerns in Week 3.

Cleveland Browns running back Jerome Ford carried the ball seven times for 64 yards and caught one pass for no gain in an 18-13 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 2. Ford ripped off a 36-yard run on fourth-and-one in the second quarter, setting the Browns up for a 38-yard field goal. Besides that big play, however, Ford was quiet as he lost work to D'Onta Foreman (14 carries) and Pierre Strong Jr. (two touches). Foreman's usage is a concerning development for fantasy managers rostering Ford after he handled all but four of the running-back touches back in Week 1. Ford is looking like more of an RB3/flex option heading into Week 3 against the New York Giants.

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson caught five of his nine targets for 33 yards and a touchdown in a 24-3 win over the New England Patriots in Week 3. Wilson hauled in his first touchdown pass of the season on a two-yard catch in the third quarter, giving the Jets a 20-3 lead. The veteran wideout also led the Jets in targets and tied for the team lead in catches on Thursday night, even though he only finished with 33 receiving yards. So far this season, quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been content to spread the targets around in the Jets offense but Wilson remains the lead receiver in New York. Wilson will now have a few extra days to rest ahead of a Week 4 matchup against the Denver Broncos.

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson has yet to post a ceiling game in 2024, having caught just 10 passes for 117 yards through two games thus far. He will look to make a bigger impact in the box score against the New England Patriots in Week 3's Thursday night game. Wilson could very well break out against a Pats defense that is allowing the seventh-most fantasy points per game through the first two weeks of the season and is fresh off getting shredded by DK Metcalf (10 catches for 129 yards and a touchdown) and Jaxon Smith-Njigba (12-117-0). Wilson is a lock for starting lineups as a low-end WR1 in fantasy heading into Thursday night.

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson caught four of his six targets for 57 yards in a 24-17 win over the Tennessee Titans in Week 2. Wilson finished second on the team in targets, behind only Breece Hall, while his 57 receiving yards were good enough to lead the team in the close win over Tennessee. Wilson has been steady through the first two weeks of the season but fantasy gamers are still waiting for a dominant performance from their first-round draft pick. He will look to provide that for them in Week 3's Thursday night game against the New England Patriots.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf caught another long touchdown pass in Sunday's win over the Miami Dolphins. Metcalf got behind the defense and was wide open for a 71-yard score. Metcalf would finish the day with four receptions for 104 yards and a touchdown. He has now caught a long touchdown pass in two straight games. Although the Seahawks' passing offense was out of sync for much of Week 3, Metcalf was still able to capitalize on his opportunities. Metcalf now has over 100 receiving yards and a touchdown in two straight games. The Seahawks are clearly committed to Metcalf as a bona fide No. 1 wide receiver which bodes well for his fantasy outlook as a high-end WR2 or low-end WR1 moving forward. He will look to continue this momentum in Week 4 against a vulnerable Detroit Lions secondary.

The 26-year-old pass-catcher was quiet in the season-opening win over the Denver Broncos with three catches for 29 yards before going off for 10 receptions (14 targets) for 129 yards and his first score of 2024 in last week's overtime victory over the New England Patriots.

Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker will face the Atlanta Falcons in Week 3. Butker split the uprights to seal the Chiefs victory in Week 2 against the Cincinnati Bengals. The Chiefs could rely more on their star kicker with the loss of a primary weapon on offense. Kansas City placed running back Isiah Pacheco on injured reserve earlier this week, and he should be out for an extended period with a broken leg. If the Chiefs offense becomes less effective in the red zone, Butker could be asked to kick even more field goals for the reigning Super Bowl champions. The Chiefs kicker has not missed a kick this season, nailing four field goals and five extra-point attempts. Butker will look to stay perfect this week on the road in Atlanta. Butker is a must-start kicker.

Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker will face off against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 2. Butker had a productive night against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1. The Chiefs kicker nailed both field goal attempts, nailing a game-long 32-yarder, and went 3/3 on his extra point attempts. Butker only missed two field goals and did not miss a single extra point attempt last season, so he has demonstrated his ability to be one of the most accurate kickers in the league. Being on the Chiefs high-powered offense gives Butker the chance to be a difference-maker for fantasy every week. The Kansas City Chiefs should have many opportunities on offense, and Mahomes should do enough to put the team within field goal range on most drives against the Cincinnati Bengals defense. Butker is one of the most valuable kickers in football and should be a start this week.

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Sam Darnold (knee) will undergo further evaluation on Monday, according to ESPN's Kevin Seifert. The quarterback played through the injury on Sunday against the Houston Texans, throwing for 181 yards and four touchdowns. He has led the Vikings to an improbable 3-0 start and hopes to keep that momentum going into Week 4 against the Green Bay Packers. Based on his postgame comments, it doesn't sound like Darnold is too considered about his knee injury. However, he did mention that he's not sure yet whether it will limit him in practice this week. Fantasy managers invested in Darnold and the other Vikings playmakers should continue to monitor the quarterback's status when injury reports come out on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. If healthy and active, Darnold ranks as a low-end fantasy QB1.

In Week 3, New Orleans hosts the Philadelphia Eagles, who have allowed the fourth-most rushing yards to opposing running backs in 2024. It is worth noting that the Eagles have allowed 50 rushing yards per game to their previous opponents' second-string backs through the first two weeks of the season. Williams may not have much flex appeal but could make for a decent dart throw in DFS that could pay off if he finds the end zone as he did in Week 1.

New Orleans Saints running back Jamaal Williams rushed eight times for 39 yards in the win over Dallas. The veteran saw most of his work on the final two drives as the Saints ran the clock to finalize the blowout victory. Williams should be rostered by Alvin Kamara owners as a handcuff, but he holds no standalone value given his lack of usage prior to the game being out of control. The veteran is now over two seasons removed from his NFL-leading rushing touchdown season. He should not be considered for lineups next week against Philadelphia.

New Orleans Saints running back Jamaal Williams is projected to be an RB3 at best in Week 2 when the Saints square off against the Dallas Cowboys on the road. The 29-year-old got extended run in the rout this past weekend, but with a formidable Dallas defense on deck, he can be relegated to the bottom of lineups. Despite his fantasy output in Week 1, confidence in Williams will go no further than a touchdown-dependent alternative unless Kamara is forced to miss time. In addition to the Saints' incumbent starter, Williams will also compete with tight end Taysom Hill for carries. Hill took five rushes for 35 yards in New Orleans' Week 1 win.

Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren handled three carries for five yards and lost four yards on his lone reception of a 20-10 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers. Warren, who struggled to get much going in the first half and recorded his final touch on the Steelers' first drive of the third quarter, was pulled from the contest when head coach Mike Tomlin noticed he was not "running smoothly". He will be evaluated, but no further details have yet been provided on his status. The 25-year-old battled through a hamstring ailment this offseason and looked healthy in Week 2. On Sunday, he was replaced by Cordarrelle Patterson, who has found success with offensive coordinator Arthur Smith in the past and will be worth a look in deeper fantasy formats if Warren is forced to miss time. More information regarding Warren's health will come ahead of a Week 4 bout with the Indianapolis Colts.

Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren was given 11 total opportunities in Week 2 and should continue to see his role expand in the team's home opener against the Los Angeles Chargers. However, Los Angeles gave up plenty of production to fantasy running backs in 2023, especially those involved in the passing game. The 25-year-old Warren isn't the most exciting fantasy option this week but he should see enough work to warrant flex consideration.

He will project as an RB3 or low-end flex option against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 3.

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jalen Nailor caught three of his four targets for 31 yards and a touchdown in Week 3's blowout of the Houston Texans. The third-year receiver spent the last two-and-a-half games as the Vikings de facto WR2 with Jordan Addison (ankle) recovering from an ankle injury, and he's been paying dividends for the team. Nailor is one of only three receivers in the league to score a touchdown in each game so far this year, and he's a reliable hand when Justin Jefferson's gravity schemes him open. The former sixth-round pick hopes to continue the momentum in Week 4, as he may be needed depending on Addison's status for Week 4's matchup against the Green Bay Packers.

He is a sneaky speculative waiver-wire pickup this week as the Vikings' injury situation at wide receiver continues to play out.

New England Patriots tight end Hunter Henry caught two of three targets for nine yards during Thursday's loss to the New York Jets. Henry had broke out for eight catches and 109 yards in Week 2, but he was dealt a harsh reality check as his production came way back down to earth in Week 3. The veteran pass-catcher still has a strong rapport with Jacoby Brissett. However, there simply aren't enough targets to go around to support consistent fantasy production from several pass-catchers. Just like Week 2 was a Henry week, Week 3 belonged to Demario Douglas, who caught seven passes for 69 yards. Henry is a candidate to bounce back in Week 4, but given the Patriots' unpredictability on offense, he's a mid-range TE2.
