Broncos coach Sean Payton said last week that Dobbins was "a priority ahead of all others" this offseason, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.

Payton went on to describe Dobbins as a "compound multiplier" who "brings 10 others along with him in positive light." The glowing comments came three weeks after Denver re-signed Dobbins to a two-year, $16 million contract. It's essentially a one-year deal, with $8 million guaranteed this year and then a team option for around $8 million in 2027. Broncos GM George Paton said last week that Dobbins has made a full recovery from his season-ending foot injury, noting that the RB might've even played in the Super Bowl if Denver had made it, Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reports. Dobbins and RJ Harvey figure to get most of the first-team backfield reps this spring, with Dobbins the current favorite to start Week 1.

The Texans have exercised the fifth-year option of Stroud's rookie contract Wednesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

Stroud thus remains under contract through 2027, though his fifth-year option being picked up doesn't necessarily preclude Houston from inking the 24-year-old quarterback to an extension. Trade rumors surrounded Stroud early in the offseason, but GM Nick Caserio doubled down on the team's long-term commitments to the 2023 first-round pick during the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine and the league's annual owners meetings. Across 14 regular-season appearances in 2025, Stroud threw for 3,041 yards, 19 touchdowns and eight interceptions, the lowest TD and yardage totals of his career to date. The case for Stroud to rebound for fantasy purposes next year relies on projecting wideouts Jayden Higgins and Jaylin Noel to take a step forward in Year 2 alongside No. 1 WR Nico Collins, and potentially also for Tank Dell (knee) to resume producing after missing all of 2025. The Texans also have Xavier Hutchinson, Justin Watson and TE Dalton Schultz (calf) rounding out the receiving corps.

Conner (foot) participated at the start of the Cardinals' offseason program Tuesday, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.

Conner's 2025 campaign was cut short in Week 3 due to a foot injury that required surgery. He then worked out a restructured contract with the Cardinals in early March that left him with $2.1 million guaranteed in 2026. The team added Tyler Allgeier to its backfield this offseason on a two-year contract with $8 million in guarantees, while 2024 third-round pick Trey Benson (knee) also remains on the roster. Conner has been Arizona's lead runner since 2021 when healthy, but because he's entering his age-31 season, he may cede more of the reps to Allgeier under new coach Mike LaFleur.

Karty signed his one-year ERFA tender offer with Arizona on Tuesday.

Karty will return to the Cardinals after the team poached him off the Rams' practice squad prior to Week 17 of last season. He suited up for eight regular-season games with Los Angeles in 2025 but struggled in that span, converting just 10 of 15 field-goal tries and 23 of 26 PATs. He'll provide Arizona with depth behind Chad Ryland at the kicker position this offseason.

Skattebo (ankle) is present for the start of voluntary workouts Tuesday, Kevin Patra of NFL.com reports.

New Giants coach John Harbaugh said Tuesday that Skattebo (ankle) is ahead of Malik Nabers (knee) in his rehab, but both players are present for the start of voluntary workouts. Per Harbaugh, it is possible Skattebo will resume handling on-field activities this spring. The 2025 fourth-round pick attended Arizona State's Pro Day in late March and was spotted jogging and running without any apparent issues. He suffered a dislocated right ankle in late October and appears to be on track for the start of OTAs.

Achane is not attending the beginning of Miami's voluntary workouts Tuesday, C. Isaiah Smalls of the Miami Herald reports.

Achane is absent from voluntary workouts due to his pursuit of a contract extension. The star running back is currently entering the final year of his rookie deal, and new head coach Jeff Hafley said "I'm not going to dive into those talks right now" when asked Tuesday about the status of a long-term deal for Achane. Earlier this offseason, new GM Jon-Eric Sullivan referred to the running back as "a building block" on offense and stated that the team will make "zero effort" to trade him, despite the fact that Jaylen Waddle was spoken about in similar terms and then dealt to Denver for a package including a 2026 first-round pick. Meanwhile, new quarterback Malik Willis is present for the start of voluntary workouts and is building familiarity with Miami's scheme and personnel.

The Buccaneers signed Sills on Tuesday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

Sills logged career-best numbers during his only season with the Falcons in 2025, securing 18 of 36 targets for 191 yards and two touchdowns across 17 regular-season appearances. The 6-foot-3, 211-pound wideout will now work to secure a role on Tampa Bay's crowded wide receiver depth chart.

Las Vegas re-signed Thomas to a one-year contract Tuesday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Thomas will run it back with the Raiders after having secured all 13 of his targets for 114 yards across 15 regular-season appearances with the team in 2025. He projects for a blocking role behind Brock Bowers (knee) and Michael Mayer again next season.

Nabers (knee) is present for the Giants' first day of voluntary workouts Tuesday.

Nabers is progressing from ACL and meniscus tears that he suffered to his right knee in Week 4 of last season, and GM Joe Schoen said in late March that he's "hopeful" the star wide receiver will be ready for Week 1 of the 2026 campaign, per Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site. While it remains to be seen when Nabers will be ready to resume on-field drills, it's encouraging to see him in house and building familiarity with new head coach John Harbaugh's offense.

Pitts is present for the start of voluntary workouts Tuesday and is signing his franchise tag with the Falcons, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Pitts and Atlanta will still have until mid-July to negotiate a long-term deal, but without one the 2021 first-round pick will have a $15.05 million salary for 2026. The 25-year-old tight end finished 2025 with an 88-928-5 line on 118 targets while suiting up for all 17 regular-season games. Pitts' major task this offseason will be to establish a rapport with new quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who will compete with Michael Penix (knee) for the starting job under center.
