Atwell (hamstring) is active for Sunday's game against the Lions.

The speedy wideout will be available to Matthew Stafford for the first time since Week 7 after overcoming a hamstring injury. Atwell has been a full participant in practice for each of the past two weeks, which should alleviate some concerns about his chances for re-injury. Atwell could walk back into a role of some significance as the No. 3 receiver Sunday, considering the expected game environment against a potent Lions offense that figures to keep the pressure on Los Angeles throughout.

Strong (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Broncos, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.

Strong was elevated from the practice squad Saturday, but his services are not needed Sunday after Josh Jacobs (knee) and Emanuel Wilson (illness) were both cleared to play. Strong has been elevated three times this season, so he'll need to be signed to the active roster in order to play for the Packers for the rest of 2025.

Williams (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Broncos, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.

Williams drew the questionable tag for Sunday's game after logging three consecutive limited practices, but he will end up being sidelined for a third straight game due to a foot injury. With the rookie third-rounder sidelined, Bo Melton and Emanuel Wilson will likely handle the return duties on kickoffs. Williams will aim to return for the Packers' Week 16 tilt against the Bears on Saturday.

Adams (hamstring) is active for Sunday's game against the Lions.

Adams only got a limited Friday practice in during Week 15 prep, but Saturday reports indicated the veteran wideout was trending to play. With his availability for Sunday's marquee matchup now confirmed, Adams should be in line for his usual No. 2 receiver role that's afforded him 8.1 targets per game to date while facing an injury-decimated Lions secondary.

Knight (ankle) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game versus the Texans.

Knight logged just one carry for negative two yards before exiting and being carted to he locker room in the first quarter. The 24-year-old has been the Cardinals' starting running back with James Conner (foot) and Trey Benson (knee) both out for the season. Over the last eight games prior to Week 15, Knight recorded 77 rushes for 260 yards and three touchdowns to go along with 21 catches (on 30 targets). His next opportunity to return will come Week 16 versus the Falcons on Sunday, Dec. 21. In Knight's absence, Emari Demarcado and Michael Carter will carry the load at running back.

Yankoff (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Giants.

Yankoff appeared to sustain the injury early in the second half, and he's being evaluated by medical staff to determine whether he can return to Sunday's game. Ben Sinnott should see a slight uptick in offensive snaps for as long as Yankoff is out of the game.

James (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's matchup against Tennessee.

James has yet to make his NFL debut and has consistently been a healthy scratch on gamedays. The rookie fifth-rounder is firmly behind all of Christian McCaffrey, Brian Robinson and Isaac Guerendo on the 49ers' RB depth chart.

Rypien (coach's decision) is inactive as the Colts' emergency No. 3 quarterback for Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

Though he began Week 15 prep as the only healthy quarterback in the Colts organization and was officially signed off the practice squad Wednesday, Rypien will be available only in an emergency Sunday. With Daniel Jones (Achilles) out for the season and Anthony Richardson (orbital) stuck on injured reserve, the Colts lured Philip Rivers out of retirement and are expected to have the 44-year-old start Sunday in what will be his first NFL appearance since the 2020 postseason. Riley Leonard, who was slowed by a low-grade knee sprain to begin the week, will be active as Rivers' backup.

McCaffrey (back) is active for Sunday's game against the Titans.

After an illness impacted his practice participation Wednesday and Thursday, McCaffrey worked fully Friday and initially approached Sunday's contest minus a designation. However, on Saturday the running back was added the 49ers' Week 15 injury report due to a back issue. With his availability versus Tennessee confirmed, McCaffrey is back on track to pace his team's backfield in the absence of any in-game setbacks. Next up for San Franciso's backfield touches if McCaffrey is hampered at all would be Brian Robinson and Isaac Guerendo.

Jones (ankle) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against Baltimore.

Jones was injured near the end of the second quarter and was deemed questionable after spending time in the medical tent. He was then ruled out after halftime. Jones didn't get any targets on offense, returned one kickoff for 20 yards and returned one punt for minus-2 yards. It remains to be seen who the Bengals will turn to on punt returns moving forward, but Tahj Brooks figures to take over on kick returns.
