Hooton Wins Main Event; Agbetoba Defends FPC Title

Philip Hooton Wins 2020 Main Event

Bullseye Squad Notches Astonishing 256.85 To Win $500,000

The 2020 FFPC Main Event is now in the books (pending stat changes), and your champion is Philip Hooton who watched his Bullseye entry notch an incredible 256.85 in Week 16 to come from far down the leader board and win the big one. While Alvin Kamara's 56.2 was incredible, Hooton still needed every bit of Stefon Diggs' 41.5 last night to nip Josh Neblett's Team Foster by 0.45 points.

Here is Hooton's half-million dollar-winning lineup for Week 16:

  • QB - Justin Herbert - 19.25
  • RB - Leonard Fournette - 15.6
  • RB - Myles Gaskin - 33.9
  • RB - Alvin Kamara - 56.2
  • WR - Stefon Diggs - 41.5
  • WR - Mike Evans - 40.1
  • WR - DeAndre Hopkins - 12.8
  • TE - Darren Waller - 18.7
  • K - Matt Gay - 12.8
  • DT - Kansas City Chiefs - 6

While Neblett came up just short, he still brought home a six-figure prize for being the runner up. Bond 007--run by Jerry Palmer--brought in $35,000 for third place with $20,000 going to Michael Edelman's Incredible Hulking Us for fourth. Earning $15,000 for fifth was Dirk Jeschke, the owner of DJ Inevitable.

Agbetoba Goes Back-To-Back in FPC

  • RB - Alvin Kamara - 56.2
  • RB - Benny Snell - 0
  • RB - Stefon Diggs - 41.5

  • TE - George Kittle - 15.2
  • TE - Logan Thomas - 16.8
  • K - Justin Tucker - 9
  • DT - Kansas City Chiefs - 6

Prizes Can Be Used For Challenge

The NFL Playoffs will be here before we know it, players! Remember to jump in the 2020-21 World Famous FFPC Playoff Challenge. You'll be able to apply your regular season winnings in your account right now to the Playoff Challenge as well.

NEW THIS YEAR: The Challenge will have 12 starting roster spots rather than the 10 starting roster spots in a typical FFPC starting lineup. The two added starting roster spots will both be FLEX spots (Flex can be RB, WR or TE). This change has been made to account for the two additional NFL Playoff teams for the 2020/21 NFL season. With fourteen total playoff teams and 12 starting roster spots, each entrant will need to fade two teams, which has always been the case for the FFPC Playoff Challenge.

The main details of the Challenge are listed below:

  • Entry fee: $200 per team
  • Contest capped at a maximum of 6,250 entries
  • $500,000 Grand Prize
  • $1,092,250 in guaranteed prizes paying down to 700th place
  • Contest runs from the start of the NFL playoffs thru the Super Bowl
  • Each team consists of 12 players in an FFPC starting roster format (plus two additional flexes)
  • Each team chooses from 14 playoff teams but only 1 per team
  • All rosters will be locked at the start of the first NFL playoff game this season
  • No roster adjustments will be allowed even for games starting later
  • For more details, see the full rules and payout structure on the contest page linked right here.
