The 24-year-old dialed up WR Nico Collins for a 27-yard score on Houston's opening drive, but that would end up being his only touchdown of the contest. Stroud failed to capitalize on a golden opportunity on the opponent's one-yard line early in the fourth quarter when he missed on two consecutive throws to turn the ball over on downs. With marginal yardage totals (197.5 passing yards per game) and just one touchdown to one interception through two starts, Stroud has played his way out of starting consideration in standard 1QB formats ahead of Sunday's tilt against Jacksonville.

Stroud completed 19 of 27 pass attempts for 188 yards, no touchdowns and one interception while taking five carries for 32 yards in Sunday's 14-9 loss to the Rams.

Stroud struggled to finish drives Sunday, leading three lengthy possessions that ended in field-goal attempts. A second-half interception cemented the signal-caller's poor outing and a loss to begin the 2025 campaign. Stroud and his fantasy managers were hoping for a better start after the offense petered out down the stretch last season. Houston will have an extra day to figure things out offensively before hosting the Buccaneers on Monday Night Football in Week 2.

Williams rushed the ball 17 times for 66 yards in Sunday's 33-19 win over the Titans. He added two receptions on two targets for 13 yards.

Williams dominated touches out of the Rams' backfield for the most of the game, but he was inefficient once again. He delivered 12- and 15-yard rushes late in the fourth quarter to salvage his day, but that came one drive after he ceded a possession to Blake Corum that concluded with Corum in the end zone. Corum's opportunity was likely due to the Rams being up two scores midway through the fourth quarter, but Williams' usage in the red zone will remain worth monitoring.

Williams carried the ball 18 times for 66 yards and a touchdown while catching one of two targets for three yards in Sunday's 14-9 victory over the Texans.

It wasn't the most efficient of games from Williams, but he rewarded fantasy managers with the only rushing score of the contest from either side. Another positive takeaway was the backfield touch distribution, with backup RB Blake Corum poaching just two touches from the starter all game. Williams entered this year's drafts as a safe RB1 option, and Sunday's results only confirm that status moving forward. Look for the Notre Dame product to continue dominating the backfield touches in a road matchup against the Titans next Sunday.

Higgins recorded three catches on eight targets for 56 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 31-27 win over the Jaguars.

Higgins bounced back from a poor Week 1 performance, thanks primarily to a long 42-yard touchdown late in the third quarter. That pass was delivered by Jake Browning after Joe Burrow departed with a toe injury, and it was Higgins' only catch on five targets that he was able to haul in from Browning. If Burrow is set to miss additional time, Higgins could become a boom or bust fantasy option with Ja'Marr Chase continuing to dominate targets in the Cincinnati offense.

Higgins recorded three receptions on four targets for 33 yards in Sunday's 17-16 win over the Browns.

The Cincinnati offense had a surprisingly poor opening performance against the Browns, leading to limited production for all of its skill-position players. Higgins led the team in receiving yards thanks to a 13-yard catch as well as a pair of 10-yard gains, but it was still a disappointing showing. He should remain a key part of Cincinnati's offense and will have a chance to bounce back in Week 2 against the Jaguars.

Tagovailoa completed 26 of 32 passes for 315 yards with two touchdowns and one interception in the Dolphins' 33-27 loss to the Patriots on Sunday.

Tagovailoa and the Dolphins' offense as a whole were in dire straits over the first quarter-plus as the Patriots raced out to a 12-0 lead. Matters took a turn for the better in the second quarter when Tagovailoa hit Jaylen Waddle and De'Von Achane for touchdown passes of 18 and 29 yards, respectively. However, although Tagovailoa was able to compile some yardage in the second half, he wasn't able to lead Miami to anything other than a pair of field goals, as the Dolphins' other second-half points came from a Malik Washington 74-yard punt return touchdown. The Dolphins already have their backs against the wall at 0-2, making Thursday night's Week 3 road matchup against the Bills a critical early-season game for Tagovailoa and his teammates.

Tagovailoa completed 14 of 23 passes for 114 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions while adding one rush for seven yards in the Dolphins' 33-8 loss to the Colts on Sunday. He also lost a fumble and threw a two-point conversion pass.

In a harbinger of the type of game it would be for the Dolphins offense and Tagovailoa in particular, the 2020 first-round pick sailed a pass intended for Tyreek Hill very high on the opening drive, leading to an interception by Camryn Bynum. The veteran signal-caller then handed the ball to the Colts again on the next possession, losing a fumble recovered by former teammate Xavien Howard. Tagovailoa would go on to short-circuit another possession with a third-quarter interception in Indianapolis territory, and only his 11-yard touchdown pass to De'Von Achane and subsequent two-point conversion pass to Julian Hill in the fourth quarter gave the signal-caller's fantasy day any semblance of respectability. Tagovailoa's first opportunity for atonement comes in a Week 2 home matchup next Sunday against a Patriots defense that allowed 362 yards to the Raiders' Geno Smith in Week 1 while playing without Christian Gonzalez (hamstring).

McPherson made his lone field-goal attempt and went 4-for-4 on extra-point tries during the Bengals' 31-27 win over the Jaguars on Sunday.

All of McPherson's kicks came from within 35 yards, with his lone field goal coming from 31 yards out in the second quarter to cut the Bengals' deficit to four points. McPherson went just 16-for-22 on his field-goal attempts during the 2024 regular season, but he has converted on all eight of his kick attempts through the first two games of the 2025 campaign. However, his fantasy floor could be impacted, considering Jake Browning is set to take over as the Bengals' starting quarterback since Joe Burrow is expected to miss a minimum of three months while recovering from surgery on his toe turf injury, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.

McPherson made his lone field-goal attempt and both of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 17-16 win over the Browns.

The kickers were the difference in this contest, as McPherson made all three of his kicks, while Browns kicker Andre Szmyt made just one of his two field goals and also missed an extra point. McPherson's 35-yard field goal in the third quarter to put the Bengals up 17-16 proved to be the difference. In Cincinnati's high-powered offense, McPherson should be busy this season.

Wilson completed 30 of 41 passes for 450 yards and three touchdowns with one interception in Sunday's 40-37 overtime loss to the Cowboys. He added 23 yards on three carries.

Giants coach Brian Daboll said Monday that Wilson will start Sunday on the road against Dallas in Week 2, Patricia Traina of SI.com reports.

Wilson completed 17 of 37 passes for 168 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 21-6 loss to the Commanders. He also rushed eight times for 44 yards.

Stevenson rushed 11 times for 54 yards while catching all five of his targets for 88 yards in Sunday's 33-27 win over the Dolphins.

Stevenson rushed seven times for 15 yards and brought in two of three targets for 12 yards in the Patriots' 20-13 loss to the Raiders on Sunday.
