ESPN's Dan Graziano thinks the next quarterback to be benched in the NFL could be Las Vegas Raiders QB Gardner Minshew II. When Minshew won the training camp battle at the position over Aidan O'Connell, it felt like you couldn't rule out the possibility of the two signal-callers flip-flopping back and forth all year. Head coach Antonio Pierce is sticking with Minshew after the embarrassing loss to the Carolina Panthers in Week 4, but Pierce certainly wasn't happy after that loss. Minshew is 24th in QBR (44.1) through the first three weeks of the season. It hasn't all been Minshew's fault, but the Raiders could make the move to O'Connell sooner than later just to shake things up. Minshew's Week 2 upset over the Baltimore Ravens likely bought him at least another week. Some with the Raiders thought O'Connell had a slight edge coming out of offseason workouts over Minshew.

He completed 18 of 28 passes for 214 yards with a touchdown and an interception in Sunday's defeat. Minshew didn't throw a touchdown pass until the Raiders were down by 26 points. Though the soft Panthers defense presented an opportunity for Minshew Mania to come through again, it just wasn't his day. He was completely outplayed by opposing QB Andy Dalton. Minshew's magic seemed to run out while the Red Rifle was locked, loaded and fired everywhere in what was supposed to be an easy game against a floundering team with a lousy defense. The Raiders were embarrassed, and their signal-caller threw an interception during his comeback attempt and was eventually replaced by QB Aidan O'Connell. Minshew will remain unstartable in single quarterback leagues moving forward. While O'Connell finished the game, Minshew is expected to start in the Week 4 matchup against the Cleveland Browns.

Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley will face off against the Buccaneers in Tampa Bay in Week 4. The 27-year-old is coming off of a great game in which he carried the Eagles to victory over the New Orleans Saints, scoring two touchdowns on 21 touches and tallying over 150 yards. The Tampa Bay defense is no slouch against the run and is led by star defensive tackle Vita Vea. With that said, because DeVonta Smith (concussion) has already been ruled out and A.J. Brown (hamstring) is listed as questionable, Barkley is in line for a massive workload and should have heavy involvement in the passing game. Even if Brown suits up, there is no reason to expect a lighter workload than the 21 touches Barkley amassed last week. Consider the former New York Giant a top-three fantasy option in Week 4.

Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley took 17 carries for 147 yards and two touchdowns, adding four receptions for nine yards during the team's 15-12 win over the New Orleans Saints. After a costly drop that cost the Eagles a shot at sealing the win last week, the 27-year-old got involved heavily in the second half, taking a carry 65 yards in the fourth quarter for a touchdown to give Philadelphia its first lead of the day. The Eagles' defense then gave the lead back with only two minutes to go in the game. The final drive consisted of a huge play by tight end Dallas Goedert and a four-yard score for Barkley, taking the lead. The poorly timed drop last week against Atlanta is the only negative you can point to when looking at the former Giants performance through three weeks. Even in a stiff matchup with the Buccaneers' run defense next week, lock in Barkley as a top-three fantasy option in Week 3.

The 27-year-old was a focal point of the offense again last week against the Atlanta Falcons, especially with A.J. Brown (hamstring) inactive. Barkley put up 116 yards of total offense and was a top-12 RB in most fantasy formats, but did have a costly drop at the end of the game that gave the Falcons the chance to come back and win the game. He will look to make up for that mistake against a Saints defense that has allowed the second-fewest yards on the ground through two weeks. However, they have played the tandems of Chuba Hubbard and Miles Sanders in Week 1 and old man Ezekiel Elliott and Rico Dowdle in Week 2. None of these players come close to the caliber of the back that Barkley is, so there is no reason to consider the Eagles' workhorse back as anything but an RB1 in Week 3.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receivers Mike Evans (knee) and Chris Godwin (neck) were both on the injury report this week but were officially cleared to play in Week 4 against the visiting Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. Evans was limited on Wednesday and Thursday before being held out of Friday's practice for rest purposes, while Godwin was limited all week. The Bucs were apparently resting their top two wideouts this week as they deal with minor injuries. Both of them will be available this weekend and should be considered must-starts in fantasy lineups against an Eagles defense that has allowed the fourth-most half-PPR fantasy points to the position through the season's first three weeks. Evans, in particular, could get the squeaky wheel treatment on Sunday after catching just two passes for 17 yards in the Week 3 loss to the Denver Broncos. The touchdown -- a 31-yard reception -- is the play in which he injured himself. He'll now miss at least the team's next four matchups. Soft-tissue issues -- particularly hamstrings -- can linger, so it's best to exhibit caution when slotting him back into your lineup upon his return. In his stead, wide receivers Xavier Legette and Jonathan Mingo project to pick up some extra work. Carolina will look to get in the win column again when they host the visiting Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4.

Butker scored 10 points for Kansas City in Week 3, his highest scoring output this season. Butker has consistently contributed this season, scoring at least eight points in each contest. Butker will look to continue his production on the road in Los Angeles. The Chiefs are considered heavy favorites in this contest, which could make for an uncompetitive second half of play. If the Chiefs run out to an early lead, the Kansas City offense could be less inclined to extend drives and take the points. Butker could match or exceed his scoring output from last week in this contest. Butker is a starting-caliber kicker every week.

If the Chiefs offense becomes less effective in the red zone, Butker could be asked to kick even more field goals for the reigning Super Bowl champions. The Chiefs kicker has not missed a kick this season, nailing four field goals and five extra-point attempts. Butker will look to stay perfect this week on the road in Atlanta. Butker is a must-start kicker.

Week 3 didn't do him any favors as he missed his lone field goal attempt and made four extra points. His Week 4 opponent, the Buffalo Bills, are one of the tougher teams in the early part of this season as they've allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points to opposing kickers. The opposing kickers are only averaging 5.7 fantasy points against them right now, and if Tucker continues to miss field goals that he used to make, John Harbaugh and company may start going for it on fourth down more often. Fantasy managers will want to proceed with caution when it comes to starting Tucker this week.

Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker is one of the most accurate kickers in NFL history, yet he's been the only kicker to miss more than one field goal after the first two games of the season. Both misses were from 50-plus yards, but that's where he's normally the most automatic. While he missed another one in Week 2, his volume saved his fantasy week, as he went 3-for-4 in field goals and 2-for-2 in extra points. His Week 3 matchup, the Dallas Cowboys, are ranked 21st in fantasy points allowed to opposing kickers through two weeks and have given up an average of 7.5 points so far. The Ravens' confidence in Tucker still hasn't wavered, so he should see plenty of opportunities to kick field goals from deep, but his "Automatuck" nickname may be on the way out the door.
