Kamara (ankle) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Luke Johnson of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.

It's an improvement from last week when Kamara also was listed with an ankle injury and started off as a non-participant. He ended up being cleared to play on the Friday injury report, and went on to handle a season-high 84 percent snap share when fellow running back Kendre Miller suffered an ACL tear in the first half. It is possible rookie Devin Neal will have more of a role this Sunday against Tampa Bay, with more time to prepare for the No. 2 RB job.

Kamara rushed 11 times for 28 yards and brought in all three targets for one yard in the Saints' 26-14 loss to the Bears on Sunday.

Kamara was stymied on the ground by a Bears defense that had been vulnerable against the run, and he uncharacteristically did next to nothing with his three catches. The versatile veteran has been held to 31 rushing yards or fewer in three straight games and hasn't recorded a rushing touchdown since Week 1, leaving his fantasy outlook bleak as a Week 8 home matchup against a tough Buccaneers run defense awaits next Sunday afternoon.

Kamara even progressed to full practice participation Friday, setting him up for this usual workload come Sunday, although Kendre Miller has gotten more involved in recent weeks for reasons seemingly unrelated to Kamara's health. The 30-year-old RB took 62 percent of snaps in last week's loss to New England, with 15 touches for 76 total yards.

Robinson finished with six receptions on 12 targets for 95 yards in Sunday's 33-32 loss to Denver.

Robinson paced the Giants in receptions and yardage for the second week running, this time also surpassing Lil'Jordan Humphrey in targets. The 24-year-old Robinson is now averaging 5.7 receptions and 69.7 yards in three games since taking over for for Malik Nabers (knee) as the Giants' top wideout. Robinson provides enough upside in his current role to warrant flex consideration against the Eagles next Sunday.

Robinson's catch and yardage totals were both team highs for the Giants on the night, and his target tally was second only to that of Lil'Jordan Humphrey. The highlight of Robinson's night was his 35-yard touchdown reception in the first quarter, his second score of the campaign. Robinson now has seen seven targets apiece in his first two full games without Malik Nabers (IR, knee), and his involvement should remain elevated during a tough Week 7 road matchup against the Broncos on Sunday, Oct. 19.

Jacobs (calf) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

Jacobs opened last week with back-to-back limited sessions due to an illness, and the Packers tacked on a calf injury Friday, despite the fact he logged a full practice. The health concerns left him questionable for this past Sunday's game at Arizona, but he was able to suit up and continue pacing the Packers backfield to the tune of 14 touches for 58 yards from scrimmage and two rushing TDs. Jacobs has two chances remaining this week to get back to all activity, but it remains to be seen if he'll be able to avoid a game-day designation on this occasion.

Jacobs carried the ball 13 times for 55 yards and two touchdowns and caught his only target for three yards in Sunday's 27-23 win over the Cardinals.

Both TDs came in the second half as the Packers rallied from a 13-6 halftime deficit, with Jacobs hitting paydirt from seven yards out in the third quarter and from the one-yard line in the fourth for the game-winning score. It's the veteran back's third straight game with multiple touchdowns, and while he has yet to reach 100 rushing yards in a game in 2025, Jacobs' eight TDs on the ground and 593 scrimmage yards through six contests have given him plenty of fantasy value. He'll look to keep rolling in Week 8 against the Steelers.

Jacobs was limited in practice Wednesday and Thursday due to an illness, but despite the Packers tacking on a calf injury on Friday's practice report, he logged a full session to end Week 7 prep. A questionable designation for Jacobs ensued before Adam Schefter of ESPN reported Saturday evening that the running back was a "true game-time decision." Per Matt Schneidman of The Athletic, Jacobs completed a pregame workout Sunday, after which uncertainty surrounding his availability was extinguished. However, it's unknown if Jacobs will be able to take on his normal 22.6 touches per game. If Jacobs yields some of those reps to the rest of Green Bay's backfield, Emanuel Wilson likely will be the biggest beneficiary, with Chris Brooks also on hand for work.

Bates went 1-for-2 on field-goal tries and made all three of his PATs in Monday's 24-9 win over the Buccaneers.

Bates missed a 54-yard field-goal attempt wide left in the late moments of the second quarter before later adding a 58-yard make in the fourth. The kicker has now gone 8-for-11 on field-goal tries, including 2-for-5 from 50-plus yards, while making all 27 of his extra-point attempts over seven games this season.

Bates made his lone field-goal attempt and both of his point-after tries in Sunday night's 30-17 loss to the Chiefs.

The 26-year-old from Arkansas hasn't missed a kick since the Lions' Week 3 win over the Ravens, converting on seven of nine field-goal tries and all 24 of his extra-point attempts through the team's first six games. Bates lines up for a potentially busy night in a Week 7 home matchup against the high-powered Buccaneers next Monday night.
