Hurts completed 21 of 40 passes for 220 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 19-17 loss to the Jaguars. He added two rushing yards on two carries.

It was another sluggish effort from the Eagles' offense, and the only play longer than 19 yards that they managed on the day was a 62-yard TD from Hurts to Darius Cooper in the second quarter. Even so, the QB appeared to engineer a game-winning field goal drive inside the final two minutes of the fourth quarter, only for Jake Elliott to give Ameer Abdullah a returnable kickoff with eight seconds left on the clock which he took back to the Philly 39-yard line -- setting the stage for a game-winning Cam Little field goal. Hurts will take an 8:3 TD:INT and rough 57.8 percent completion rate through five games into a Week 6 meeting with the Panthers.

Hurts completed 12 of 27 passes for 93 yards and two touchdowns while rushing five times for 18 yards in Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Rams.

Hurts threw second-quarter touchdowns of 18 and 10 yards to Darius Cooper, the first of which went off the hands of Rams defender Quentin Lake in the end zone. The Eagles started the game without DeVonta Smith (hamstring) and Dallas Goedert (knee), lost Saquon Barkley (hamstring) in the first quarter and went a franchise-worst 0-for-12 on third down, yet they were still in position to win with a 10-point lead and the ball inside the Rams' 10-yard line halfway through the fourth quarter. Hurts failed on attempts to score with his legs and then his arm as that drive ended in a turnover on downs, and the Rams stormed back with two touchdown drives while the Eagles failed to pick up a first down on their final two drives. Hurts could struggle to produce again in Week 5 against the Jaguars in London if the Eagles remain without some of their key skill players.

Hurts completed 16 of 25 passes for 153 yards with no touchdowns and one interception while rushing four times for 25 yards and a touchdown in the Eagles' 27-7 loss to the Bears on Monday night.

Hurts scuffled through the air as much as his final line suggests, averaging a modest 6.1 yards per attempt while taking a pair of sacks. The star signal-caller also absorbed a big hit on the sideline at the end of a two-yard scramble midway through the second quarter, and he missed four plays while undergoing a concussion check he subsequently passed. Hurts led the Eagles to their only points upon checking back in for the following possession, one he capped off with a one-yard touchdown run as time expired in the first half. That would prove to be the highlight of an otherwise forgettable night, and Hurts is averaging an unremarkable 206.7 passing yards per game alongside a 5:3 TD:INT ahead of a Week 4 home showdown against the Rams on Sunday.

Irving rushed 21 times for 165 yards and a touchdown and brought in two of three targets for 10 yards and another score in the Buccaneers' 24-16 win over the Cowboys on Thursday.

The early portion of Irving's night offered no hint the third-year back would finish with a new career high in rushing yards, as he repeatedly scuffled for running room throughout most of the first half. However, he did put the Buccaneers' first points on the board with a five-yard touchdown catch on the second play of the second quarter, and he subsequently ripped off a nifty 72-yard scamper that saw him change direction several times within the first 10 yards on the first play of the second half. Irving would go on to cap off the next possession with a one-yard touchdown run, and he sealed Tampa Bay's victory with a 22-yard rush on the final drive of the night that set up a pair of Jalon Daniels' kneel downs. Irving's carry total was also a season-high figure, and he's now averaging 5.3 yards per carry heading into a Week 6 home matchup against the Steelers on Sunday, Oct. 18.

Irving rushed 16 times for 61 yards in the Buccaneers' 17-14 loss to the Packers on Sunday.

Irving was surprisingly held without a single target in the narrow loss, despite rookie quarterback Jalon Daniels being under center and the third-year running back being a highly trustworthy safety valve out of the backfield. Irving worked hard for his yards on the ground as well, with his longest run of the day going for only seven yards. Irving has yet to eclipse 89 rushing yards in any of his first four games, and with reports Baker Mayfield may be in line for close to a two-month absence due to his thumb injury, the former may have to get accustomed to running against loaded defensive fronts for the foreseeable future.

Irving (glute) was a full participant in Friday's practice and doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Packers, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

After opening the week with consecutive limited practices, Irving's upgrade Friday puts Tampa Bay's lead running back on track to handle his normal role in Week 4. His clean final status should allow Irving to function as the likely centerpiece of the Tampa Bay offense in rookie Jalon Daniels' first career start in place of an injured Baker Mayfield (thumb).

Metcalf caught three of four targets for 12 yards in Sunday's 34-22 win over the Colts.

The veteran wideout didn't make much impact as a pass catcher, but his blocking played a big role on a pair of long Jaylen Warren touchdowns. It was still a disappointing showing from Metcalf after he popped for a 5-115-0 line the week before, but he remains Aaron Rodgers' top downfield threat with a 19-225-1 line on 37 targets through five games. He'll likely be a feast or famine option once again in Week 6 against the Buccaneers.

Metcalf brought in five of nine targets for 115 yards in the Steelers' 27-24 loss to the Browns on Thursday.

Metcalf led the Steelers across the stat sheet in receptions, receiving yards and targets, and his production in the first two categories also qualified as new season highs. The veteran wideout started slowly, but he came on with catches of 43, 22 and 28 yards in the fourth quarter. The standout night was a welcome sight for fantasy managers, who'd seen Metcalf post an inefficient and modest 11-98-1 line on 24 targets over his first three games. Metcalf will aim to carry over the momentum into a Week 5 home matchup against the Colts on Sunday, Oct. 11.

Loveland brought in two of five targets for 19 yards in the Bears' 31-7 loss to the Packers on Sunday.

The second-year tight end's quiet season continued on a difficult day for the Bears offense overall. Loveland was coming off a season-best six-catch, 57-yard effort against the Jets in Week 4, so Sunday's downturn was notable and marked his third sub-20-yard tally in the first five games of the season. Loveland may have an opportunity to reap the benefit of having Caleb Williams (hamstring) back under center in a Week 6 road matchup against the Falcons next Sunday.

Loveland caught six of nine targets for 57 yards in Sunday's 23-12 win over the Jets.

Loveland led the team with nine targets, tying his total from the previous three games combined. The 2025 first-round pick has been trending in the right direction after a painfully slow start, increasing his yardage total from zero to three to 31 to 57 in the first four games of his second regular season. Considering that Loveland's best game of the season came Sunday in Tyson Bagent's first start of the campaign, Loveland probably wouldn't mind Bagent sticking in the starting role for Week 5 at Green Bay, though Caleb Williams (hamstring) will reprise the starting job once healthy.

Loveland secured all four targets for 31 yards in the Bears' 27-7 win over the Eagles on Monday night.

Head coach Ben Johnson appeared to make a concerted effort to get the ball into Loveland's hands Monday after the tight end's slow first two games, and that approach met with some success. While all three components of Loveland's receiving line qualified as season-high figures, the second-year pro's longest reception went for just 12 yards, and he was well behind the wideout trio of Kalif Raymond, Luther Burden and Rome Odunze in receiving yards. Loveland's chemistry with fill-in signal-caller Case Keenum was encouraging, however, and the duo should have a chance to continue working together in Sunday's Week 4 home matchup against the Jets.

Allen rushed 24 times for 116 yards and a touchdown while catching one of four targets for no gain in Sunday's 17-12 win over the Browns.

Allen ran in the go-ahead 22-yard touchdown with 3:01 remaining, and the Jets' defense held twice after that to secure the team's second win of the season. The 2024 fourth-round pick handled lead-back duties for the second consecutive game in the absence of Breece Hall (quadriceps), notching 25 touches to Isaiah Davis' three. After reaching 100 rushing yards in a game for the first time in his career, Allen would be in line for another substantial workload in Week 6 against the Patriots if Hall remains sidelined.

Allen will once again operate as the Jets' top running back for Sunday's game against the Browns due to the absence of Breece Hall (quadriceps).

Hall will miss a second consecutive game due to a quadriceps injury, and the star running back has yet to be cleared to return to practice. As such, Allen will be the Jets' RB1 versus Cleveland, with Isaiah Davis and Kene Nwangwu providing backfield depth. Allen was the starter for the Jets' Week 4 loss to the Bears, when he turned 14 carries into 59 yards and added two catches (on as many targets) for eight yards.

Allen rushed 14 times for 59 yards and caught both of his targets for eight yards in Sunday's 23-12 loss to the Bears.

Allen accounted for all 14 of the Jets' rushing attempts in the absence of Breece Hall (quadriceps), who is considered week-to-week. The Bears dominated time of possession as Geno Smith completed just eight passes in the loss. If Hall isn't ready to return in Week 5 against the Browns, Allen would retain the lead role in the backfield for the Jets.

Nix was 16-for-27 passing for 123 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions, took four carries for 10 yards and fumbled twice (one lost) during Sunday's 23-17 victory at the Chargers.

Nix completed 25 of 42 passes for 214 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions while rushing twice for 10 yards in the Broncos' 24-14 loss to the 49ers on Sunday.

Godwin secured all three targets for 37 yards and rushed once for three yards in the Buccaneers' 24-16 win over the Cowboys on Thursday night.

Godwin brought in six of seven targets for 31 yards in the Buccaneers' 17-14 loss to the Packers on Sunday.

Godwin (ankle) was a full practice participant Thursday, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Head coach Mike McCarthy said Monday that Wilson (finger) will not play against the Buccaneers on Sunday, Nick Farabaugh of SteelersNow.com reports.

Wilson (finger) is expected to miss a couple of weeks after exiting Sunday's 34-22 win over the Colts, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

The Steelers ruled out Wilson (finger) for the rest of Sunday's game against the Colts, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.

Sadiq won't return to Sunday's game versus the Browns due to a concussion.

Sadiq is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Browns after exiting in the third quarter to be evaluated for a head injury.

Sadiq (back) didn't catch any of his four targets in Sunday's 23-12 loss to the Bears.
