Brissett completed 10 of 23 passes for 118 yards, no touchdowns and one interception and turned three carries into seven yards during Sunday's 33-30 overtime win at Dallas. He also was pulled for backup QB Gardner Minshew near the end of the third quarter.

At the time of Brissett's last offensive snap with 3:38 left in the third quarter, the Cardinals were trailing 17-3, after which Minshew led the team on four straight TD drives to force overtime. Along with a Week 2 stinker against the Seahawks -- when he went 17-for-28 passing for 95 yards, one TD and one INT -- this marked one of Brissett's two least productive outings of the season. Afterward, head coach Mike LaFleur told Darren Urban of the team's official site that he won't name a Week 9 starter between Brissett and Minshew just yet, only saying, "I thought we needed a spark." Considering the considerable influence Minshew had on Arizona's third win of 2026, it wouldn't be surprising if he's under center instead of Brissett next Sunday in Seattle.

Brissett completed 27 of 48 passes for 272 yards and a touchdown while rushing seven times for 16 yards in Sunday's 30-16 loss to the Broncos.

After failing to score a touchdown in the Week 6 win over the Rams, Brissett and the Cardinals mustered only one touchdown on five trips into the red zone Sunday. Brissett averaged a meager 5.7 yards per pass attempt but inflated his numbers with heavy volume. He has a 3-16 record since taking over as Arizona's starting QB while throwing at least 40 passes in 10 of those 19 starts. Brissett is likely to post a more efficient passing performance in Week 8 against a far more permissive Cowboys pass defense.

Allen rushed 21 times for 147 yards and a touchdown while catching both of his targets for six yards in Sunday's 38-33 loss to the Raiders.

Allen made a fifth consecutive start in the absence of Breece Hall (quadriceps) and exceeded 100 scrimmage yards for the fourth consecutive game. The 2024 fourth-round pick set a new career high with 147 rushing yards, surpassing Allen's 116 yards on the ground in the Week 5 win over the Browns. Allen scored his third rushing touchdown of the season on a 21-yard run in the third quarter to give the Jets a 30-21 lead, but the Raiders closed the game on a 17-3 run to drop the Jets to 2-6. If Hall's ready to return in Week 9 against the Chiefs, the Jets could opt for a backfield split between Allen and Hall.

Allen is slated to serve as the Jets' starting running back Sunday against the Raiders, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

For a second week in a row, fellow running back Breece Hall (quadriceps) is listed questionable to play, but he was inactive in Week 7, and he's considered unlikely to play again in Week 8, per Rapoport. Assuming Hall is officially ruled out when the Jets release their inactive list 90 minutes prior to the 1 p.m. ET kickoff, Allen should be headed for another heavy workload out of the New York backfield. In the Jets' last four games sans Hall, Allen combined for 83 touches for 421 yards from scrimmage and one rushing touchdown.

Allen (ankle) was a full participant at Thursday's practice.

Allen began Week 8 prep as a limited participant at Wednesday's practice, but he shed all limitations Thursday, while Breece Hall (quadriceps) remained limited for a second consecutive practice Thursday. Hall got the majority of backfield touches over Allen when both were healthy to begin the season, but the former hasn't seen game action since Week 3. Allen should be good to go for Sunday's game against the Raiders, but uncertainty lingers regarding Hall's status.

Maye completed 16 of 20 passes for 199 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 24-19 win over the Dolphins. He added five rushing yards and a TD on eight carries.

While he failed to reach 200 passing yards for the third time in eight games this season, Maye put together a very efficient performance as he produced multiple TDs for a fifth straight game. All three scores came in the second half as the QB rallied the Patriots from a 13-3 deficit, hitting Kyle Williams for a 43-yard score in the third quarter and DeMario Douglas for a 48-yard strike in the fourth, while running for a two-yard TD in between. Maye appears to have gotten his recklessness under control, committing just one turnover in the last four contests, and he'll take a 15:8 TD:INT on the season into a Week 9 clash with the Packers.

Maye completed 24 of 31 passes for 321 yards with two touchdowns and one interception while adding four rushes for 26 yards and another score in the Patriots' 30-24 loss to the Bears on Thursday.

Maye's final line was one that could have easily been generated in victory, but the 2024 first-round pick couldn't quite help the Patriots keep pace with the high-powered Bears offense. Nevertheless, he was able to post his second 300-yard effort in the last three games, while also tossing multiple touchdowns for the fourth straight contest. Maye connected with Rhamondre Stevenson and Eli Raridon from 48 and 30 yards, respectively, for those two scoring strikes, the former coming off a screen pass on the last snap of the first half. Those big plays were preceded by Maye's seven-yard scoring run early in the second quarter, and he also pulled his season completion rate up to 65.9 percent with Thursday's highly efficient effort. The third-year signal-caller should have a good opportunity to stay hot in a Week 8 road matchup against the Dolphins on Sunday, Nov. 1.

Maye completed 18 of 32 passes for 235 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions and rushed four times for 24 yards in the Patriots' 26-19 win over the Jets on Sunday.

Maye got A.J. Brown back from a four-game stint on injured reserve due to an ankle injury, but he lost Romeo Doubs to a shoulder injury on a 42-yard touchdown catch in the first quarter. That TD was the first of the third-year signal-caller's trio of scoring tosses on the afternoon. Maye connected with DeMario Douglas (nine yards) and Hunter Henry (seven yards) for his other TD strikes, and although he and Brown managed to connect on only three of 10 targets, it was just the second game together for the duo. Maye and the Patriots are right back in action Thursday night for a Week 7 road showdown against the Bears.

Murray completed 17 of 29 passes for 210 yards with two touchdowns and one interception and rushed four times for 35 yards in the Vikings' 19-15 loss to the Lions on Sunday. He also threw a two-point conversion pass and dealt with hamstring tightness during the game, per Alec Lewis of The Athletic.

Murray completed 14 of 24 passes for 150 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 16-10 win over the Colts. He added 39 rushing yards on five carries.

Corum rushed 11 times for 73 yards and a touchdown and failed to bring in his only target in the Rams' 24-9 win over the Chargers on Sunday.
