Allen completed 23 of 33 passes for 253 yards with a touchdown and an interception and added five carries for four yards and another score in the Bills' 29-26 loss to the Patriots on Sunday.

Allen lost No. 1 receiver DJ Moore to a shoulder injury in the first half, but he still put together a serviceable passing line that included a 34-yard touchdown pass to Keon Coleman with just over four minutes remaining that erased a 21-20 deficit. That scoring play was preceded by Allen's two-yard touchdown run late in the first half, already his seventh rushing score of the campaign. However, Allen was also responsible for snuffing out Buffalo's last chance at a comeback after New England had answered his touchdown pass with a score of its own, as he threw an interception on a deep pass intended for Joshua Palmer with 1:14 remaining. The star signal-caller will aim to atone in a tough Week 5 road showdown against the Rams on Monday night, Oct. 12.

Allen (knee) was not listed on Wednesday's injury report.

Allen played every snap in last Sunday's win over the Chargers but took a shot to his knee late in the contest, causing some concern on social media. He's all good for Sunday's AFC East tilt with the reeling Patriots, who just got blown out in Jacksonville last Sunday. Fantasy's QB1 through three weeks, Allen is coming off a down Week 3 versus Los Angeles but still has a 13-point fantasy lead on overall QB2 Brock Purdy.

Allen (knee) was spotted participating in practice Wednesday, Sal Capaccio of WGR Sports Radio 550 Buffalo reports.

Allen played every snap in this past Sunday's 24-16 win over the Chargers, but he appeared to take a hard hit to his left knee at one point during the fourth quarter and looked to be in pain. Head coach Joe Brady spoke to the media Monday and downplayed any concern about Allen's availability heading into this Sunday's matchup with the Patriots, and the quarterback's presence on the field for the start of Week 4 prep supports the notion that he'll be ready to go for game day. Jay Skurski of The Buffalo News noted that Allen had no noticeable protection on his knee during individual drills Wednesday and seemed to be moving around without issue.

Kamara rushed seven times for 23 yards and two touchdowns and brought in five of seven targets for 35 yards in the Saints' 45-24 loss to the Falcons on Monday night.

With Travis Etienne (hamstring, IR) missing his first game of the season, Kamara was back in the familiar lead role he'd filled with great success previously. While Kamara's rushing opportunities ultimately were limited significantly by game script, the veteran back maximized his time on the field by scoring from three and five yards out in the second and fourth quarters, respectively. Kamara could have more of an opportunity for a normal rushing workload -- albeit in a tough matchup -- in a Week 5 home game against the Vikings on Sunday.

Kamara temporarily exited Monday's game against the Falcons due to a knee issue but has since returned.

Kamara appeared to hurt his knee in the third quarter and headed to the medical tent. The veteran running back exited the tent, tested out his knee on the sideline, then briefly returned to the tent, but he was able to re-enter the contest before the end of the period. Kamara is serving as New Orleans' lead running back in the absence of Travis Etienne (ankle) and scored his first touchdown of the campaign earlier in Monday's contest.

Kamara figures to serve as the Saints' top running back for as long as Travis Etienne (hamstring) is on injured reserve, starting with Monday's game against the Falcons, John DeShazier of the team's official site reports.

Etienne aggravated a hamstring injury during the Saints' Week 3 loss to the Raiders, and the injury is severe enough for him to require a stint on IR. In Etienne's absence, the veteran Kamara figures to take on RB1 duties for New Orleans, a role he carried through the first nine years of his 10-year NFL career. Kendre Miller will see an uptick in backfield snaps behind Kamara, with CJ Donaldson and practice squad members Zamir White and Ulysses Bentley also in the mix for work on offense for as long as Etienne is on the shelf.

Smith-Njigba gathered in five of six targets for 76 yards during Sunday's 30-23 win against the Chargers.

Smith-Njigba's 27-405-6 line on 36 targets through three games to kick off the campaign perhaps wasn't sustainable, but his Week 4 performance was nothing to sniff at considering he paced the Seahawks in targets among QB Sam Darnold's 22 pass attempts. Smith-Njigba put up at least as many receiving yards in 15 of his 17 regular-season appearances in 2025 as he did Sunday, so a bounce-back seems likely when he takes the field next Sunday versus the 49ers.

Smith-Njigba caught 10 of 14 targets for 128 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 33-31 loss to the Commanders.

Having Sam Darnold back under center instead of Drew Lock did nothing to slow Smith-Njigba's momentum. The superstar wideout recorded his third straight game with more than 120 receiving yards while hauling in his fifth and sixth TDs of the season, catching a one-yard toss in the second quarter and an 11-yard strike in the fourth. Smith-Njigba will take an eye-popping 27-405-6 line on 36 targets into a Week 4 clash at home against the Chargers.

Henry finished with five receptions for 62 yards on five targets in Sunday's 29-26 win over the Bills.

The catch and yardage totals were season-best marks for Henry, who took the field for 49 of the Patriots' 76 offensive snaps (64.5 percent). With fellow tight end Eli Raridon (ankle) making an early exit from the contest and potentially at risk of missing the Patriots' Week 5 game against the Raiders, Henry could be called upon to handle a heftier workload next Sunday.

Henry caught one pass (on two targets) for five yards during the Patriots' 35-6 loss to the Jaguars on Sunday.

The Patriots offense struggled as a whole Sunday, with Drake Maye completing 14 of 25 passes for 199 yards (8.0 YPA) and two interceptions. Even with A.J. Brown (ankle, IR) sidelined for the last two weeks, Henry has logged just four catches for 45 yards on seven targets, and he's well behind pace to match his 60-768-7 line (on 87 targets) across 17 regular-season games in 2025. Up next is a Week 4 road tilt against the Bills, whose defense held Chargers tight end Oronde Gadsden catchless on three targets in a Week 3 win for Buffalo.

Holani rushed seven times for 18 yards in Sunday's 30-23 win over the Chargers. He added one catch for two yards on one target.

Even with Jadarian Price (chest) on injured reserve, Holani played a distant second fiddle to Emanuel Wilson, who rushed 21 times for 81 yards and a touchdown. Wilson also turned four targets into three catches for 30 yards and a second score. Holani has minimal fantasy value, especially with Zach Charbonnet (knee) due back in the near future.

Holani (rib) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Chargers, while teammate Jadarian Price (chest) has been ruled out.

Holani still figures to get most of his playing time on passing downs but could take on more carries in the absence of Price. The Seahawks also have Jacardia Wright and Velus Jones as backfield options on the practice squad, so Emanuel Wilson and Holani won't automatically get all of the snaps.

Holani (ribs) remained limited in Thursday's practice, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

The Seahawks are banged up in the backfield, as Jadarian Price (chest) was downgraded to DNP after Wednesday's limited session, and Zach Charbonnet (knee/PUP) was limited in his first practice of the season. It appears as if Emanuel Wilson could be in line for a decent workload Sunday against the Chargers if Price is unable to play and Holani is less than 100 percent.

Penix completed 15 of 20 passes for 223 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions and rushed twice for minus-2 yards in the Falcons' 45-24 win over the Saints on Monday night.

Penix completed 18 of 25 passes for 256 yards with one touchdown and one interception while rushing twice for minus-2 yards in the Falcons' 35-14 win over the Packers on Thursday. He also threw a two-point conversion pass.

Rush (coach's decision) is inactive for Thursday's game against the Saints but will serve as the emergency quarterback, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.

Rush (coach's decision) is inactive for Thursday's game versus Green Bay but will serve as the emergency quarterback.

Perine rushed three times for seven yards in Sunday's 22-17 loss to the Jaguars.

Perine turned three carries into nine yards and caught one pass on three targets for five yards during the Bengals' 30-27 loss to the Steelers on Sunday. He also returned one kickoff for 26 yards.

Noel caught all three targets for 85 yards in Sunday's 34-30 loss to the Cowboys. He added four rushing yards on one attempt.

Noel caught one pass on five targets for 31 yards and added a 13-yard carry during the Texans' 20-6 loss to the Bengals on Sunday. He also returned three punts for 32 yards and one kickoff for 31 yards.

Helm hauled in his lone pass for five yards and caught a two-point conversion during the Titans' 24-18 loss to the Ravens on Sunday.

Helm notched two catches (on four targets) for 14 yards Sunday in a loss to the Giants.
