The Saints have two games in the next nine days, so it's likely that Carr misses Week 6 against the division-rival Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Thursday night game next week against the Denver Broncos in Week 7. Carr said he wasn't feeling good at all after Monday's game, prompting him to undergo an MRI exam on Tuesday. After a hot start the first two weeks, the 33-year-old has come back down to Earth in three straight losses and will now miss time. Jake Haener came in to replace Carr on Monday, but rookie Spencer Rattler will also be under consideration to start this Sunday against Tampa. Either way, fantasy managers will need to downgrade the rest of the Saints' offense.

Before leaving, Carr went 18-for-28 for 165 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. He was sacked once but was hit eight times and pressured on over half of his dropbacks. It doesn't sound good for the 33-year-old's chances of playing in Week 6 against the division-rival Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but we'll know more after we get his MRI results. A move from Carr to Haener would mean that fantasy managers would need to downgrade all of New Orleans' offensive weapons for as long as he's out.

The veteran quarterback will undergo an MRI and additional testing to determine the severity of his injury when the Saints return to New Orleans on Tuesday. Depending on what those tests reveal, Carr could be at risk of missing next Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jake Haener, who relieved Carr in the fourth quarter against Kansas City, would be in line to start for New Orleans if the veteran is forced to miss additional time. Such a change at quarterback would lead to reduced fantasy value for Alvin Kamara, Chris Olave, and Rashid Shaheed.

Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said that running back Travis Etienne Jr. (shoulder) "got popped pretty good" on his shoulder in the Week 5 win over the division-rival Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. Etienne had only six carries for 17 yards in the game but did help salvage some of his fantasy day with six receptions for 43 yards. Peterson said Etienne's carries from scrimmage were limited to keep him out of harm's way. The 25-year-old played 22 offensive snaps to Tank Bigsby's 23, while Bigsby had 13 carries for 101 yards and two touchdowns. Bigsby also had a 28-yard catch. Etienne should be good to go for the Week 6 game in London against the Chicago Bears, but even if/when he puts his shoulder injury in the rearview mirror, it's looking like Bigsby will continue to demand a larger share of the backfield touches next to Etienne

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. struggled on the ground but produced well in the passing game in a 37-34 win against the Indianapolis Colts. Etienne Jr. finished with just 17 yards on six carries, but also added 43 yards on six receptions. In PPR leagues, fantasy managers were relatively happy with this performance, but beyond that, the Clemson product didn't have the best day fantasy-wise despite the team putting up 37 points. The 25-year-old back seems in danger of losing his starting job to backup Tank Bigsby, who put up 101 yards on 13 carries, giving him five more yards per carry. Etienne Jr.'s production in the passing game gives him a solid floor, but his ceiling just isn't there without much more volume. The Jaguars face the Chicago Bears in Week 6 in London, where Etienne Jr. will try to be more efficient on the ground for the sake of his starting job.

Etienne was limited in practice all week, but fortunately will enter Sunday's game without an injury tag. While the Colts are better against the run than the pass, they aren't great against either. Quarterback Anthony Richardson (oblique) is questionable, and running back Jonathan Taylor (ankle) is out out for the Colts offense, meaning the Jaguars have a great chance to earn their first win of the season. That means more time spent leading and more running the ball. The main thing that has limited Etienne's upside has been less volume than expected. It's hard to get a lot of carries for a team always playing from behind, but that could change on Sunday. Tank Bigsby has been good in limited touches, so he could continue to eat into Etienne's workload. However, in a good matchup with potential for more volume, Etienne should be viewed as an RB2 with RB1 upside in Week 5.

Dallas Cowboys receiver CeeDee Lamb only touched the ball six times in Sunday night's 20-17 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Lamb was targeted nine times, accounting for 22% of the team's targets, but only hauled in five receptions for 62 yards. He also rushed once for a two-yard gain. Without a touchdown, it was a disappointing fantasy outing for Lamb. The Cowboys' star receiver will look to bounce back next week against a pass-funnel Detroit defense. He now ranks ninth in the league in receiving yards (378) through the first five weeks of the season.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb remains one of the top fantasy options at the position going into Sunday night's matchup with Pittsburgh. Despite a road matchup in a tough nighttime environment against the eighth-best secondary against opposing receivers, Lamb remains a no-brainer start due to his high volume share and unlimited fantasy ceiling. With Brandin Cooks (knee) ruled out for the game and Rico Dowdle (wrist) banged up, even more work should go Lamb's way in prime time. The 25-year-old is one of the few matchup-proof players in fantasy and should be started in all formats this weekend.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb caught seven of his eight targets for 98 yards and a score on Thursday evening against the New York Giants. Lamb once again led the Dallas receiving room in total yards and targets but tied Jake Ferguson with a team-high in receptions. The 25-year-old broke free for an impressive 55-yard score in the second quarter. After catching just four passes last week, Lamb got himself back on track with a strong outing on Thursday. Fantasy managers should continue to view the Oklahoma product as a high-end WR1 who has the chance to finish at the top of the position for the second straight season. Next week, he faces a tough Pittsburgh Steelers defense that has allowed the fourth-lowest point totals to opposing wideouts but should remain locked into all starting lineups.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love had a solid game as the Packers bested the Rams 24-19 in Week 5. On the road against a game Rams defense, Love was 15-of-26 passing for 224 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception. Both touchdowns went to tight end Tucker Kraft in the third quarter; the first being on a 66-yard catch and run and the second coming on a more conventional seven-yard catch on a developed screen pass. Love also added 10 yards rushing in the win. With the Arizona Cardinals coming to Lambeau Field in Week 6, Love should be considered a near-universal start in fantasy football with the Packers' offense having the potential for a ton of fantasy scoring.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (knee) was limited in practice on Wednesday but turned in two full practices on Thursday and Friday and was not on the final injury report heading into Week 5's matchup with the Los Angeles Rams. Love's first game since a knee injury in Week 1 was excellent, as he shook off some early rust and ended up with 389 yards and four touchdowns as the Packers rallied but ultimately came up short against the Vikings in Week 4. That kind of passing volume was great to see and bodes well for the team going forward. The Rams have allowed the third-most passing touchdowns (8), which is a plus matchup for Love and the Packers. Love makes for an easily startable option at quarterback in what should be a fantasy-friendly matchup.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (knee) logged a full practice on Thursday, according to Matt Schneidman of The Athletic. The 25-year-old returned to the field last weekend after missing two games with a knee injury. In his return, Love went 32-for-54 with 389 passing yards and four scores. Even though Love was limited on Wednesday, seeing him log a full practice on Thursday suggests the team was being cautious with their franchise quarterback. Fantasy managers should monitor Friday's practice report in case Love faces a setback but should plan on locking him in all lineups this weekend as he faces a weak Los Angeles Rams defense.

Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker has taken quite the tumble down the fantasy ladder through the first four weeks. The historically accurate, Texas product has only posted one week in K1 territory so far and has finished K17 or worse in the other three weeks. It's not due to his offense being unable to move the ball as they've scored 20 or more points in each game. He's only making 62.5% of his field goal attempts and has missed both of his 50-yard attempts. The Cincinnati Bengals are only allowing nine fantasy points per game to opposing kickers while Tucker only averages seven. There are better options out there until Tucker gets back on track.

Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker has finally shown signs of slowing down this season, much to the surprise of fantasy managers and football fans everywhere. The star kicker clocks in as the K18 to start the season and has already missed three of his eight field goal attempts so far. Week 3 didn't do him any favors as he missed his lone field goal attempt and made four extra points. His Week 4 opponent, the Buffalo Bills, are one of the tougher teams in the early part of this season as they've allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points to opposing kickers. The opposing kickers are only averaging 5.7 fantasy points against them right now, and if Tucker continues to miss field goals that he used to make, John Harbaugh and company may start going for it on fourth down more often. Fantasy managers will want to proceed with caution when it comes to starting Tucker this week.

New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll said that running back Devin Singletary (groin) is trending in the right direction, and he will practice on Wednesday, likely in a limited capacity. Singletary suffered a groin injury in the Week 4 loss to the division-rival Dallas Cowboys and then was inactive for last week's win over the Seattle Seahawks. With Singletary sidelined in Week 5, rookie Tyrone Tracy Jr. filled in and turned some heads with 18 carries for 129 rushing yards in the surprising upset in Seattle. Tracy's performance likely earned him some more run in the G-Men's backfield, even when Singletary is able to return, which could come this Sunday night against the visiting Cincinnati Bengals. In his first year in the Big Apple, Singletary has averaged a career-low 3.9 yards per carry while going for 221 yards and two rushing TDs on 56 attempts. He'll be in play as an RB3/flex if he plays in Week 6.

New York Giants running back Devin Singletary (groin) is officially inactive for Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks. He practiced in a limited capacity on Friday but ultimately entered this weekend listed as doubtful. The 27-year-old had produced 221 rushing yards, 72 receiving yards, and two touchdowns through four games this season. Rookie Tyrone Tracy Jr. projects to be the Giants' top running back on Sunday, ranking as an RB3/FLEX in fantasy football. Eric Gray should also see increased opportunities out of the backfield, but he's only a relevant fantasy option in deep leagues.

New York Giants running back Devin Singletary (groin) is currently listed as doubtful for the Week 5 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. The good news is that Singletary returned to practice on Friday after sitting out the first two practices of the week. Sadly, it doesn't seem like it was too encouraging of a practice considering he's unlikely to suit up this weekend. His absence would likely mean that Tyrone Tracy Jr. would be in line to see extended run. Tracy has rushed for 29 yards on 12 attempts in his limited role this season. The Giants will likely see some type of committee role between Tracy and Eric Gray.

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce caught all three of his targets for 134 yards and a touchdown in the team's 34-37 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Pierce was quiet through the first three quarters of the game, not getting his first reception until five minutes left in the fourth quarter. He then caught a 46-yard pass and followed it up with a 65-yard touchdown grab in the team's final drive. Pierce has put together a few games like this so far this season, catching multiple deep passes, whether from QB Anthony Richardson or Joe Flacco. While his target share remains low in the offense, the third-year receiver has shown the ability to be a trusted deep ball target for both QBs. He can be considered a boom-or-bust option in Week 6 when the Colts take on the Tennessee Titans.

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce caught one of his two targets for nine yards in the team's 27-24 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. This comes after a string of productive games by the third-year receiver that eventually came to a stop in today's matchup. Despite the low production, Pierce has remained a mainstay in the receiving rotation, playing just three fewer snaps than Michael Pittman Jr. and running just one less route. Given the snap share, Pierce remains a rosterable option in most formats. That being said, he is likely no more than a WR4/5 option in the team's Week 5 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce reeled in one of his two targets for 44 yards in the team's win over the Chicago Bears in Week 3. Pierce has surprisingly led the way for the Colts' receiver room, racking up 225 yards through the first three weeks. Pierce has been the most successful recipient of deep passes from QB Anthony Richardson and has caught a number of touchdowns in the process. It's unlikely he will retain this success in Week 4 against the Pittsburgh Steelers defense. The Steelers have allowed the fifth-least passing yards and the fourth-least fantasy points to opposing WRs. Given his low target share and reliability on big plays for fantasy production, Pierce is not a strong start this week in most lineups. He is the WR63 in our staff's half-PPR Week 4 rankings.
