The highlight that will make the rounds for Mahomes following Monday's game will unfortunately be the interception he threw at the Jaguars' one-yard line that LB Devin Lloyd returned 99 yards the other way for a touchdown. The Chiefs' signal-caller had a strong fantasy night aside from his blunder in the third quarter, eclipsing the 300-yard mark as a passer for the first time this season. Mahomes also finished as Kansas City's leading rusher while scoring his third touchdown on the ground in five starts, just one shy of his career-best mark of four set back in 2022. The 29-year-old will have to move past Monday's sloppy loss in order to prepare for another primetime showdown Week 6 when the Chiefs host the Lions on Sunday Night Football.

Mahomes completed 25 of 37 passes for 270 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 37-20 win over Baltimore. He added four rushes for five yards.

Mahomes turned in a vintage effort, perhaps not coincidentally as the return of Xavier Worthy reinforced his wide receiver corps. Mahomes threw four touchdowns in a regular-season game for the first time since Week 10 of the 2023 season, with all four scores coming in the red zone. He primarily attempted passes in the short areas of the field but still recorded six completions of at least 15 yards. This was Mahomes' first game with multiple touchdowns this season, and it also accounted for his highest yardage total of 2025. If Worthy's shoulder holds up, Mahomes could be in for much improved results as the campaign progresses -- particularly once Rashee Rice (suspension) is eligible to return in Week 7.

Kamara (ankle) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

Initial reports indicated Kamara hurt his ankle at Wednesday's practice, but he clarified Thursday that he's "feeling good" and actually suffered the injury this past Sunday against the Giants, per Matthew Paras of The New Orleans Times-Picayune. In the Week 5 win, Kamara logged season lows in offensive snap share (56 percent) and touches (12) on his way to just 55 yards from scrimmage. Ultimately, Friday's practice report will unveil whether or not he enters the weekend with a designation for Sunday's game versus the Patriots.

Kamara (ankle) was present at practice Thursday, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

The Saints had a scare at Wednesday's session when Kamara injured his ankle and went down as a limited participant. It's unclear if he maintained that activity level or upgraded to full, but Thursday's practice report will reveal that info. Kendre Miller is on hand in the event Kamara is at all inhibited Sunday against the Patriots.

Worthy (ankle/shoulder) won't practice Thursday, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.

Worthy practiced without limitations Wednesday, so it's possible Thursday is just a maintenance day for the 2024 first-round pick, who has had an injury-filled start to his sophomore season. He sat out Weeks 2 and 3 after injuring his shoulder in a collision with Travis Kelce early in Week 1, and Worthy experienced swelling in his ankle shortly before Monday's loss to the Jaguars, though he showed no ill effects from the latter injury in a six-catch performance against Jacksonville. Worthy's participation level Friday will offer valuable insight regarding his availability for Sunday night's game against the Lions.

Worthy popped up on the Week 5 injury report after being a full participant in practice when he experienced swelling in his ankle on the flight to Jacksonville. The speedy wideout was able to finish Monday's loss in good health, but it's worth noting that he left the contest briefly to have his ankle examined after getting tackled on one of his six receptions. The injury scare comes just one week after Worthy returned from a shoulder injury that cost him two games of action. Kansas City's offense is clearly more explosive when Worthy is on the field, so managers are hoping for a clean bill of health heading into a potential shootout against the Lions on Sunday Night Football in Week 6.

Worthy put an end to a two-game absence Week 4 against the Ravens after recovering from the dislocated right shoulder that he suffered in the season opener. Overall, he played 59 percent of the snaps en route to five catches (on eight targets) for 83 yards and two carries for 38 yards. Worthy proceeded to be listed as a full participant during Week 5 prep, but his status was changed to questionable after his ankle swelled up on the Chiefs' flight to Jacksonville. However, now that his status is confirmed for Monday's contest, Worthy will slot in as Kansas City's No. 1 wide receiver.

Pollard rushed the ball 14 times for 67 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 22-21 win over Arizona. He added three receptions on three targets for 11 yards and also lost a fumble.

It was an eventful day for Pollard with significant swings in performance. He picked up 26 yards on four carries on the Titans' opening drive, but his next notable contribution to the game was losing a fumble that set up an Arizona touchdown. Pollard then redeemed himself with a one-yard score of his own early in the fourth quarter to kickstart a frantic Tennessee comeback that resulted in the team's first win of the season. Also notable was that Pollard out-touched Tyjae Spears 17-4, though Spears is likely to become more involved in future matchups. Pollard has done an admirable job early in the campaign given the state of Tennessee's offense, picking up at least 60 yards on the ground in four of five games.

Pollard rushed the ball 14 times for 64 yards in Sunday's 26-0 loss to the Texans. He caught all three of his targets for 12 yards.

Pollard had moments of effectiveness, recording his first rush of at least 20 yards with a gain of 21 early in the second quarter. He also had a decent chunk run of 11 yards one quarter later to reach at least 60 rushing yards for the third time in four games this season. While Pollard has played relatively well, the Tennessee offense is so ineffective that it's hard for any skill-position player to maintain consistent fantasy value, and the eventual return of Tyjae Spears (ankle) will likely cut into Pollard's touch volume.

Little made his only field-goal attempt and went 4-for-4 on extra-point tries in Monday's 31-28 win over the Chiefs.

Little made the most of his only field-goal try, connecting on a 52-yarder in the fourth quarter. The kicker has now gone 10-for-12 on field-goal attempts, including 2-for-2 from 50-plus yards, while making all 13 of his PATs over five games this year.

Little made 2-of-3 field goals and both extra-point attempts in Sunday's 26-21 win over the 49ers.

The kicker missed a 47-yard attempt late in the fourth, his second miss in as many weeks. Little did make field goals from 26 and 44 yards. For the year, he's now 9-of-11 on field goals and 9-of-9 on extra points.

Mayfield completed 29 of 33 pass attempts for 379 yards and two touchdowns while rushing five times for 15 yards in Sunday's 38-35 win over the Seahawks.
