Tez Johnson: Blanked on one target Sunday
Tuesday, September 23, 2025 1:29 AM
Johnson failed to bring in his only target in the Buccaneers' 29-27 win over the Jets on Sunday.
The rookie played on 21 snaps (29 percent snap share) but was barely involved. Johnson had been a healthy scratch in Week 2 against the Texans and was in on just eight snaps in Week 1, but as a result of Mike Evans' hamstring injury, Johnson could retain active status in a Week 4 home matchup against the Eagles despite the potential return of Chris Godwin (ankle).

Rachaad White: Limited to six touches in win
Tuesday, September 23, 2025 1:25 AM
White rushed five times for 12 yards and brought in his only target for two yards in the Buccaneers' 29-27 win over the Jets on Sunday.
White was coming off a 10-carry, 65-yard, one-touchdown effort against the Texans, so his downturn Sunday, which came on his second-highest snap count of the season (20), was both noteworthy and disappointing. The fourth-year back was relegated to a much smaller role in the hard-fought win, and White has also been just a minor participant in the air attack through three games with a scant four targets. White and Bucs draw a tough matchup in Week 4, as the defending champion Eagles come to town on Sunday afternoon.

Jameson Williams: Gains 43 yards on MNF
Tuesday, September 23, 2025 12:33 AM
Williams had two receptions on three targets for 43 yards in Monday's 38-30 win over the Ravens.
Williams garnered a season low three targets in a contest where the passing offense took a back seat to monster rushing performances from Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery. The 24-year-old Williams managed to break off a couple of chunk plays on his two grabs, but the end result was mediocre from a fantasy perspective without a trip to the end zone. Williams is averaging a massive 21.8 yards per reception this season, so there is upside available for those who can stomach the lows that come with a boom-or-bust asset. The Lions will prepare to host a tough Cleveland defense Sunday.

Jared Goff: Plays game-manager role on MNF
Tuesday, September 23, 2025 12:16 AM
Goff completed 20 of 28 pass attempts for 202 yards and a touchdown while rushing four times for six yards in Monday's 38-30 win over Baltimore.
Goff failed to sniff last week's five-touchdown effort in Monday's primetime tilt, instead giving way to the running game to generate 218 yards of offense and four trips to the end zone. The Novato, CA native has already generated massive swings in production through just three weeks of action, making him a risky play in standard one-QB formats. Goff will now have to take on a brutal Cleveland defense in Week 4, but at least Sunday's contest will be at home, where the signal-caller generally has better splits throughout his career.

Amon-Ra St. Brown: Cashes in fourth TD on MNF
Tuesday, September 23, 2025 12:01 AM
St. Brown hauled in seven of eight targets for 77 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 38-30 victory over Baltimore.
St. Brown carried over the momentum from his standout three-score game against the Bears last week into Monday's tilt, where he posted prototypical WR1 numbers on the road against the Ravens. The 25-year-old shook his assignment with a double move in the third quarter to hit pay dirt for the fourth time this season. The star wideout also chipped in an assist that will not show up in the box score when he pitched the ball to Jahmyr Gibbs on a fourth-down option play that resulted in a touchdown for his teammate. St. Brown will boast a pristine 20-237-4 receiving line heading into a Week 4 matchup against Cleveland on Sunday.

Zay Flowers: Limited to two grabs in loss
Monday, September 22, 2025 11:57 PM
Flowers brought in two of three targets for 13 yards in the Ravens' 38-30 loss to the Lions on Monday night.
After coming into the night with an impressive 14-218-1 line that he'd generated over the first two games of the season, Flowers crashed down to earth in the interconference clash. The 2023 first-round pick's downturn was precipitated by a significant drop in targets, as he drew just three looks from Lamar Jackson after seeing a combined 20 over the first pair of contests. Flowers is likely to be much more involved in another potential wire-to-wire battle versus the Chiefs on the road in Week 4.

Jake Bates: Strong performance in Week 3
Monday, September 22, 2025 11:54 PM
Bates went 1-for-2 on field-goal attempts and made all five of his extra-point tries in Monday's 38-30 win over the Ravens.
Bates missed a 67-yard field goal wide left as time expired in the first half, which would've been a new NFL record. The kicker rebounded in the second half, making a much more manageable 45-yarder in the fourth quarter. Bates has now gone 4-for-6 on field-goal tries, with both misses coming from 50-plus yards, over three games this year.

Rashod Bateman: Gets into end zone Monday night
Monday, September 22, 2025 11:52 PM
Bateman brought in five of seven targets for 63 yards and a touchdown in the Ravens' 38-30 loss to the Lions on Monday night.
Bateman finished second in receptions and receiving yards for the Ravens behind Mark Andrews, while also setting the pace in targets. Bateman recorded his first touchdown of the season on a three-yard grab just before halftime, and the fifth-year pro has now upped his yardage total over that of the prior game in consecutive contests heading into a Week 4 road showdown with the Chiefs on Sunday afternoon.

Mark Andrews: Springs to life in Week 3 loss
Monday, September 22, 2025 11:46 PM
Andrews brought in all six targets for 91 yards and two touchdowns in the Ravens' 38-30 loss to the Lions on Monday night.
Another disappointing high-scoring loss for the Ravens took center stage, but Andrews' individual performance was a highlight, especially for frustrated fantasy managers. The veteran led Baltimore in receptions and receiving yards, and he rounded out his night with touchdown grabs of 14 and 27 yards in the second half. Andrews' numbers were easily season highs across the board, and he'll likely need to contribute in a similar capacity for the Ravens to emerge with a much-needed win from a Week 4 road matchup against the Chiefs on Sunday.

David Montgomery: Career rushing night on MNF
Monday, September 22, 2025 11:44 PM
Montgomery carried the ball 12 times for 151 yards and a pair of touchdowns while adding a 13-yard reception in Monday's 38-30 win over Baltimore.
Montgomery waltzed into a tough road environment and casually dropped a new personal best of 151 rushing yards in a single game. The seven-year pro's longest run of 72 yards surprisingly did not result in either of his two trips to the end zone Monday. Jahmyr Gibbs (22-67-2) finished with 10 more carries and 14 more touches than Montgomery, which was the largest disparity through three weeks for Detroit's talented backfield tandem. Expect the Lions to feed the Browns a heavy dose of both Montgomery and Gibbs when the two teams meet in Week 4.
