Andy Dalton: Sent to Philly in trade
Wednesday, March 18, 2026 3:35 PM
The Eagles agreed to terms Wednesday on a trade that sends a 2027 seventh-round pick to the Panthers in exchange for Dalton, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Dalton brings substantial veteran experience to the table as a new backup option behind Jalen Hurts, and his arrival could signify that Philadelphia are engaging in trade talks surrounding Tanner McKee, as Connor Hughes of SNY.tv reports. In 2025, Dalton logged four regular-season appearances with the Panthers (one start), in which span he completed 68 percent of his pass attempts for 293 yards, one touchdown and one interception. Since entering the league in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft, the 38-year-old signal caller has totaled 169 regular-season starts.

Cody White: Back with Seahawks
Wednesday, March 18, 2026 2:01 PM
Seattle re-signed White (groin) on Wednesday.
White appears fully recovered after having been placed on IR due to a groin injury suffered late December. Across 10 regular-season appearances in 2025, he secured three of four targets for 90 yards and one touchdown. White will spend the offseason competing for a chance to reprise a depth role in the Seahawks' wide receiver corps.

Teagan Quitoriano: Lands with Cardinals
Wednesday, March 18, 2026 1:59 PM
Arizona signed Quitoriano to a one-year contract on Wednesday.
Quitoriano suited up for all 17 regular-season games with the Falcons in 2025, though he wasn't targeted once in that span. He will be a candidate to contribute on special teams and as a blocker on offense for the Cardinals in 2026.

AJ Dillon: Picked up by Panthers
Wednesday, March 18, 2026 1:35 PM
Dillon agreed to terms Wednesday on a one-year contract with Carolina, Glenn Erby of USA Today reports.
Dillon spent last year handling a depth role for the Eagles, logging 12 carries for 60 yards and three catches for 21 yards across seven regular-season appearances. Now with Carolina, Dillon figures to compete for a reserve role and short-yardage work behind incumbent starter Chuba Hubbard, with Jonathan Brooks (knee) and Trevor Etienne already battling for touches. He lacks a clear path to fantasy relevance for the 2026 campaign.

De'Von Achane: Dolphins not listening to offers
Wednesday, March 18, 2026 10:08 AM
Miami has informed teams that have inquired about potentially trading for Achane that the running back is not available, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN reports.
Achane's availability has reportedly been a source of intrigue around the league after the Dolphins traded Jaylen Waddle to the Broncos on Tuesday in exchange for a package including Denver's first-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, but it appears Miami views the 24-year-old running back as an offensive centerpiece to build around for new quarterback Malik Willis. New general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan called Achane "a marvelous player" at the NFL Scouting Combine in February and said the team will consider extending him this offseason, as he enters the final year of his rookie deal. He compiled a career-high 1,838 yards from scrimmage across 16 regular-season appearances in 2025, including 12 total touchdowns, while handling 305 touches (ninth in the league) despite an undersized frame. Achane has proven himself to be one of the most versatile and efficient running backs in the NFL, so despite the Dolphins' current stance, it won't be surprising if teams around the league continue to call about his potential availability.

Julius Chestnut: Back with Tennessee
Tuesday, March 17, 2026 2:00 PM
Chestnut is slated to re-sign with the Titans, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The 25-year-old will remain in Tennessee after spending his first four NFL seasons with the team. Chestnut has appeared in all of the Titans' 34 contests over the last two years, rushing for 142 yards on 4.3 yards per carry while accumulating 418 kickoff return yards. He's expected to remain a reserve running back and key special-teamer in 2026.

Ty Chandler: Moving to New Orleans
Tuesday, March 17, 2026 1:55 PM
Chandler and the Saints agreed to terms on a one-year deal Tuesday, Matthew Paras of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
Chandler, a 2022 fifth-round pick, appeared in just three games for the Vikings last season due to a knee injury, gaining 47 yards on 17 carries while catching three of four targets for 11 yards. However, he appeared in all 34 of Minnesota's regular-season contests in 2023-24, recording 643 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 158 carries. Chandler will likely compete for a backup role behind Travis Etienne in New Orleans and could also see action as a kickoff returner.

Hollywood Brown: Links up with Eagles
Tuesday, March 17, 2026 12:10 PM
Brown is slated to sign a one-year contract with Philadelphia, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.
With trade speculation still surrounding A.J. Brown, the addition of the 2019 first-round pick provides some needed depth at wideout for the Eagles behind DeVonta Smith. Across 16 regular-season appearances with Kansas City in 2025, Brown secured 49 of 74 targets for 587 yards and five scores.

Jaylen Waddle: Dealt to Denver
Tuesday, March 17, 2026 11:18 AM
The Broncos are trading the No. 30 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft as well as third- and fourth-round picks in exchange for Waddle (ribs) and a fourth-round pick, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Waddle will give QB Bo Nix another quality WR target, joining a position group in Denver that has been led by Courtland Sutton, and also includes Troy Franklin (hamstring), Pat Bryant (hamstring) and Marvin Mims. A 2021 first-round pick, Waddle boasts an ideal skill set for head coach Sean Payton's offensive scheme and surpassed 1,000 receiving yards in three straight seasons to begin his NFL career. In his two most recent seasons, Waddle has only produced 58-744-2 and 64-910-6 lines, but injuries and quarterback issues help explain his struggles. Waddle's fantasy stock gets a considerable boost for 2026, and there have been no signs that the rib injury that held him out for Miami's Week 18 finale will impede his offseason activities.

George Holani: Signs ERFA tender
Monday, March 16, 2026 6:14 PM
Holani signed his exclusive rights free-agent tender with the Seahawks on Monday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Holani spent time on injured reserve late last season due to a hamstring injury, but he did get some run in the NFC title game against the Rams and in the Super Bowl versus the Patriots. The Boise State product totaled 27 carries for 83 yards and one touchdown and six catches on seven targets for 49 yards in 13 appearances, including the playoffs. Now that he's locked in for 2026, Holani should be in the mix for touches with Emanuel Wilson as Zach Charbonnet completes his recovery from a torn ACL that he suffered in the divisional round, although the Seahawks may not be done adding pieces to their backfield.
