Davis Allen: Good to go for Week 1

Allen (quadriceps) is not listed on the Rams' injury report ahead of Thursday's game against the 49ers, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Allen missed a few weeks of action during training camp with the injury but is all good for the opener. The tight end appeared in all 17 regular-season games last season, finishing with career highs in targets (33), catches (24), yards (208) and touchdowns (three) on 52 percent of the Rams' offensive snaps. He's expected to again be part of Los Angeles' heavy tight end usage this season.

Kurtis Rourke: Full practice Tuesday

Rourke (ribs) did not appear on the 49ers' injury report Tuesday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area repors.
Rourke has fully recovered from the ribs injury that he suffered during the preseason. He will now be good to go for Thursday night's regular-season opener against the Rams in Australia.

Jacob Cowing: Healthy ahead of Week 1

Cowing (groin) did not appear on the 49ers' injury report Tuesday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Cowing was dealing with a groin injury to end the preseason, but he now appears to have fully recovered. The wide receiver is set to operate as a special-teams asset with San Francisco in 2026, handling the primary punt returner role.

Jack Stoll: Works out with Tennessee

Stoll (undisclosed) worked out with the Titans on Tuesday, Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com reports.
Stoll was released by the Browns with an injury settlement Aug. 28, but he now appears to have fully recovered from his undisclosed injury. The tight end will now look to latch on with the squad as the 2026 campaign gets underway.

Kyrese Rowan: Signed to Saints' practice squad

Rowan was signed to the practice squad with New Orleans on Tuesday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Rowan was waived by the Broncos on Aug. 29, and he ultimately went unclaimed on the open market. He will now get an opportunity to prove himself with the Saints as an additional depth option for the team at wide receiver ahead of the 2026 campaign.

Ben Yurosek: Expected to return this season

Yurosek (undisclosed) isn't expected to be sidelined for the entire regular season, Ben Goessling of The Minnesota Star Tribune reports.
Yurosek was placed on injured reserve with an undisclosed injury ahead of the season. The tight end is apparently not dealing with a long-term issue, leaving the door open for a return to action in 2026.

Ferguson (soreness) was not listed on the injury report the Rams released Tuesday, according to Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com.
Ferguson carried an injury designation for the past couple weeks due to some sort of injury, but his omission from Tuesday's report indicates the issue is no longer a concern. Ferguson has been generating some buzz in fantasy circles, but all five of the tight ends on the roster for the Rams head into Week 1 healthy, so it's unclear exactly where he will slot in out of the gate.

Fletcher was signed to the Colts' practice squad Tuesday.
Fletcher was cut by the Buccaneers on Aug. 29 after signing with the team as an undrafted free agent in May. The tight end will now have an opportunity to operate as an extreme depth option behind Tyler Warren with Indianapolis.

Bryce Oliver: Let go by Cleveland

Oliver joined Cleveland's practice squad Wednesday, but he will now hit the open market again. Fellow wide receiver Bub Means was added to the practice squad in a corresponding move Tuesday.

Means was signed to Browns' practice squad Tuesday.
Means was cut loose by the Saints on Aug, 29 after spending the first two-plus seasons of his career with the team. The wide receiver was selected in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL Draft by New Orleans and he spent the entirety of the 2025 campaign on injured reserve after suffering a lower-leg injury during the preseason. Means will look to prove himself with Cleveland and earn an elevation to the active roster at some point this fall.
