The Browns signed Proche to the practice squad Tuesday.

Proche last played for the Titans during the 2025 season. In nine games, he caught 6 of 12 targets for 65 yards. He also contributed on special teams, spending 26 of his 198 total regular-season snaps as a returner for Tennessee.

McLaughlin didn't practice Tuesday due to a right groin/hip injury.

Though he wasn't included on the team's initial Week 5 injury report released Monday, McLaughlin's absence from practice a day later makes his status worth tracking as Thursday's game against the Cowboys approaches. For the time being, the Buccaneers still seem to be proceeding with the expectation that McLaughlin will be ready to play Thursday, as Greg Auman of Fox Sports relays that the team hasn't reached out to free agent kicker B.T. Potter, who served as McLaughlin's backup in the preseason.

Gray was released from the Browns' practice squad Tuesday.

Gray appeared in 34 career regular-season games, recording 31 rushes for 79 yards and catching 16 of 18 targets for 104 yards. The 26-year-old did not appear in a game for Cleveland since signing with the team.

The Colts signed Watkins to the practice squad Tuesday.

Watkins last appeared in a regular-season game for Philadelphia in 2023, where he caught 15 of 21 targets for 142 yards and one touchdown in nine games. The 28-year-old has since struggled to remain healthy. Should he see the field with the Colts, he will likely act as a depth piece at wide receiver.

Jackson appears "unlikely" to play Sunday against the Falcons due to a "rarer type of ankle sprain" that could put him at risk of missing multiple games, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

The ankle injury sidelined Jackson for the entire second half of last Sunday's 24-18 win over the Titans, resulting in backup Tyler Huntley directing the offense for the final two quarters. Huntley now appears to be trending toward the Week 5 start while Jackson recovers from the ankle issue, which Rapoport suggests is an "unconventional" injury that's not necessarily a low- or high-ankle sprain. The Ravens are expected to take a week-by-week approach with their star quarterback, who isn't believed to be at risk of a long-term absence but could end up sitting out more than one game, depending on how he responds to rehab.

Miller (groin) was cleared of any injury designation Tuesday, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

Miller was waived by the Giants with an injury settlement in mid-August. Now, with no injury designation, the 27-year-old can re-sign with the Giants this season. The third-year pro played two games with New York in 2024, recording seven special teams snaps and one on offense.

The Bears signed Miller to the practice squad Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Miller returns to the Bears after being cut from Chicago's practice squad at the end of September. Should the 29-year-old finds himself on the field during any upcoming games, he'll add extra wide receiver depth and act as another special teams option.

The Texans signed Vaughn to the practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Vaughn had a brief stint with the Texans in August before being waived ahead of Week 1. The 24-year-old has not played in a regular-season game since the 2024 season, where he recorded 17 rush attempts for 70 yards and caught three of five targets for 18 yards.

The Browns opened Gabriel's (back) 21-day practice window Tuesday.

After Gabriel sustained a back injury in their final preseason game, the Browns used one of its eight designations for return on Gabriel upon placing him on injured reserve Aug. 30. Now that he's missed the requisite four games, Gabriel is eligible to be activated from IR at any point, but the Browns may wait closer to the end of the 21-day window to reinstate him. Once he's added back to the 53-man roster, Gabriel will likely slot third on the depth chart at quarterback behind Deshaun Watson and Shadeur Sanders.
