Tagovailoa has success in his career against New England, going (6-0) with a 92.2 passer rating. In 2024, New England's defense has allowed an average passer rating of 107.7 and has allowed 1,033 yards after the catch. Big plays could be coming this week. Last week's performance against the Los Angeles Rams left fantasy managers much to be desired. Since returning from a concussion in Week 8, Miami has averaged 25.6 points per game. The Raiders defense allows the eighth-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks and ranks 26th in pressure rate. This should lead to many clean pockets and time to throw for Tagovailoa. Just in their last two games, Joe Burrow and Patrick Mahomes have thrown seven touchdowns against them. Las Vegas will also be without their top cornerback, Nate Hobbs (ankle), which could spell big trouble for their secondary. He's a solid start in any format and comes in at No. 13 on this week's RotoBaller QB rankings.

Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa completed 20 of 28 passes for 207 yards with one touchdown in their 23-15 win over the Los Angeles Rams. He also threw an interception and lost a fumble. After an impressive five-play 70-yard first drive, the Dolphin's offense struggled for most of the game. The young Rams defensive line constantly pressured Tagovailoa and sacked him three times. Two of the sacks were due to him holding the ball too long instead of throwing it away. This was not a good showing for the offensive line, and with the news of tackle Austin Jackson (knee) landing on IR, it doesn't look to get any better. Tagovailoa and the Miami offense will look to get back on track in Week 11 when they host the Las Vegas Raiders.

As expected, Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift (groin) is active for Sunday's divisional contest versus the visiting Minnesota Vikings in Week 12. Swift was held out of the first practice of the week on Wednesday before being limited on Thursday and full on Friday. The 25-year-old will be active for fantasy managers this weekend, but he could cede a bit more work to backup Roschon Johnson, especially after Johnson played 44 percent of the offensive snaps in last week's loss to the division-rival Green Bay Packers. Regardless, Swift is still in play as a low-end RB2/high-end RB3/flex in fantasy on Sunday. He is averaging nearly 20 touches per game in 2024 as Chicago's lead back. The matchup against Minnesota's strong defensive line, on the other hand, isn't ideal. They've allowed the second-fewest half-PPR fantasy points per game this year to RBs.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift (groin) intends to play this Sunday despite being deemed questionable due to a groin injury. The 25-year-old picked up the injury in last weekend's 20-19 loss to the Green Bay Packers. He'd kick off the week of practice tagged with a DNP but was able to log a full session on Friday and garners a questionable tag heading into their divisional matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. Minnesota has been a staunch test for opposing running backs this season -- allowing the fewest rushing yards and second-fewest yards per carry in the NFL (3.6). Additionally, the Vikings are letting up just 10.4 fantasy points to the position per contest, behind just the Kansas City Chiefs for the least in the league. It's good news that Swift should suit up, but fantasy managers will want to temper expectations against one of the league's top defensive rushing units. Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift is shaping up to be a risky RB2 option in Week 12 as he faces one of the most formidable run defenses in the NFLthe Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings' defense, led by defensive coordinator Brian Flores, has stifled opposing rushing attacks, making it hard to expect significant yardage gains or a multi-touchdown outing. Swift (groin) has been dealing with a minor injury, but he practiced fully on Friday and should be ready for Sunday's game. With many fantasy teams dealing with bye weeks, sitting Swift is difficult, but fantasy managers should temper expectations. He's still a solid flex or low-end RB2 play, but the matchup should give you pause before locking him in as an automatic starter.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf should have a strong game in Week 12 against the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals are a middle-of-the-road matchup for wide receivers in fantasy but Metcalf has been excellent for much of the season. He tends to also have strong showings against Arizona given that he faces them twice a year. The Seahawks moved to a more run-heavy attack in Week 11 against the San Francisco 49ers. They wound up winning the game so that may be prescriptive moving forward. As such, Metcalf could see a dip in volume but he still earned nine targets in Week 11. This game should be close, but Metcalf is still in prime position to succeed as the team's No. 1 wide receiver. He should also be much healthier this week now that he is several weeks removed from his MCL sprain. Fire up Metcalf as a WR2 in Week 12.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf (knee) recorded seven receptions for 70 yards in his return from an MCL sprain in Week 11. In a tough matchup against the San Francisco 49ers, Metcalf was able to deliver a solid day from an efficiency perspective as he finished second on the team with nine targets. Metcalf continued his solid season. Metcalf and fellow wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba accounted for most of the Seahawks' receiving yards and have formed a relatively dynamic duo in 2024. Although Smith-Njigba earned more targets in this game, Metcalf's nine were his fourth-most of the season. Metcalf should continue to deliver in fantasy as he gets more comfortable in his return from injury. He has a chance to go on a nice run over the next few weeks with the Arizona Cardinals and the struggling defense of the New York Jets on the docket. Metcalf should have a safe floor as a WR2 in fantasy with major upside to finish as a WR1 in any given week.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf (knee) practiced in full all week and has been cleared to face the division-rival San Francisco 49ers in Week 11 on Sunday. It's excellent news for a Seahawks offense that struggled in the two games that Metcalf missed leading up to their Week 10 bye. Metcalf had been sidelined since suffering an MCL sprain in the Week 7 win over the Atlanta Falcons but will be back in action as quarterback Geno Smith's top target in the passing game. Fantasy managers should ignore the fact that the 26-year-old only caught three of 11 targets for 48 yards and no touchdowns in the Week 6 loss to the Niners. The matchup against San Fran's defense isn't the friendliest for fantasy purposes, but when healthy, Metcalf has been the WR13 in half-PPR points scored per week in 2024 at 13.2. Now that he's back, return him to your starting fantasy lineups.

Kansas City Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt will take on the Carolina Panthers in Week 12. Hunt was on the injury report with a knee injury but practiced fully all week and has no injury designation heading into this week's matchup. Hunt had a poor showing in last week's 21-30 loss to the Buffalo Bills. Hunt had 14 carries for 60 yards and no touchdowns in the contest. The 29-year-old will now face the Carolina Panthers, who rank 32nd in fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs this season. Hunt's role as the lead back will continue for at least one more week, with Isiah Pacheco ruled out for this game. The veteran running back is ranked RB8 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings this week, making him a strong RB1 option. Fantasy managers should be excited to start Hunt this week.

Kansas City Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt had 14 carries for 60 yards in the 21-30 loss to the Buffalo Bills. Hunt was held out of the endzone in this contest in the team's first loss this season, leading to a mediocre fantasy performance. Despite being heavily involved in the passing game last week, Hunt did not see a single target in this contest. The Bills defense was viewed as a favorable matchup for running backs going into this game, but Buffalo held Hunt to 4.3 yards per carry. The veteran running back may have seen his last game as the undisputed lead back for the Chiefs as Isiah Pacheco is expected to return to the team in Week 12. It will be interesting to see what the backfield split will look like with Pacheco involved against the Carolina Panthers next week. The Panthers rank 32nd in fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs this season, so Hunt should be productive with the touches he gets. Fantasy managers should monitor Pacheco's involvement to determine what Hunt's value will be moving forward.

Fantasy managers will have to deal with the eventual return of Isiah Pacheco, but Hunt will have the backfield to himself for at least another week.

New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been subject to a few rumors over the last week or so. First, it was being reported that the Jets were planning to bench Rodgers or place him on the injured reserve. After that news came out Rodgers reportedly said that he plans to play elsewhere in 2025. It seemed that the two sides were in agreement to move on after this season. Now, it's being reported that the drama between Rodgers and Jets owner Woody Johnson has been overblown. Both parties agreed that the 2024 season has been disappointing with the team underperforming and Rodgers playing through injuries. This doesn't mean that Rodgers will return in 2025, but it certainly doesn't sound like the two sides have completely cut off communication.

New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers was recently in discussions to be benched or possibly placed on the injured reserve. It sounds like the Jets are done with the Rodgers experiment in New York. The feeling sounds mutual as Rodgers as expressed interest in playing for another team in 2025. The 40-year-old has 2,442 passing yards with 17 touchdowns and seven interceptions heading into Week 12. It has been a disaster of a season for the Jets as they were expected to be legitimate playoff contenders. It sounds like the organization would like to wipe the slate clean and move on from Rodgers. Now, it remains to be seen if any team would be willing to add the former MVP in 2025.

The Athletic's Dianna Russini reports that New York Jets owner Woody Johnson has lost confidence in quarterback Aaron Rodgers' ability to lead the team to their first playoff berth in 14 years, according to sources. No decisions have been made yet, but it's increasingly likely that Rodgers, who isn't 100% healthy, could be placed on Injured Reserve or benched over the next few weeks. Some around the NFL wouldn't be surprised if Rodgers is cut mid-season. The four-time MVP's relationship with Johnson has been strained for months, and sources with the team and around the league think Rodgers wants to play in 2025, just not for the Jets. The 40-year-old tore his Achilles in Week 1 of 2023, and while he hasn't been terrible in 2024, he hasn't been very good, either, throwing for 2,442 yards, 17 TDs and seven interceptions in 11 starts. It appears Rodgers' tenure with the Jets will come to an end soon.

New England Patriots running back Antonio Gibson can be left out of fantasy lineups in Week 12 when his team takes on the Miami Dolphins on the road. The 26-year-old had a solid role in New England's passing game for a few weeks earlier this season, but his snap totals have dwindled since then while backfield mate Rhamondre Stevenson gobbles up a large majority of the RB touches. The Dolphins have been a strong matchup for opposing running backs, averaging 18.6 fantasy points allowed per game to the position. Still, fantasy managers can safely avoid Gibson until his involvement in New England's offense drastically increases. He's RotoBaller's PPR RB45 in this week's rankings.

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs (concussion) won't return to Sunday's matchup against the 49ers. The wideout was leading the way on the receiving end before going down with a concussion, so he'll finish the day with three catches for 54 yards. With that said, the Packers have a quick turnaround before meeting the Dolphins on Thanksgiving, meaning Doubts may not have enough time to get healthy. But until he's back on the field, Christian Watson and Jayden Reed will likely be the favorite targets of Jordan Love.

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs has had a tough go of things over the last couple of weeks, but he looks to right the ship as the Packers square off with the visiting San Francisco 49ers in Week 12. Despite running the most routes per dropback each week for the Packers, Doubs hasn't had the production come with that time on the field as he has just seven targets, five receptions, and 45 receiving yards in his last two games. It hasn't been as fruitful of a time for the Packers' passing game as quarterback Jordan Love hasn't thrown for multiple touchdown passes in his last three games. With Doubs' falling production and the stingy 49ers pass defense set to take on the Packers, Doubs should be considered a mid-range flex play at best with a lower ceiling and a somewhat-shaky floor.
