Chicago Bears head coach Matt Eberflus reiterated on Thursday that rookie quarterback Caleb Williams will start on Sunday against the division-rival Green Bay Packers in Week 11. Since their bye in Week 7, the Bears have lost three straight games and have not scored a touchdown in the last two games. Williams, the first overall pick back in April, has looked pretty terrible since the bye, completing 50.5% of his pass attempts and taking a whopping 18 sacks. The Bears fired offensive coordinator Shane Waldron earlier this week, but they will move forward with Williams as their starter under center -- the alternative is backup Tyson Bagent. The 22-year-old Williams can't be much worse in Week 11 against the Packers as he's been the last three weeks, but fantasy managers in superflex leagues shouldn't be expecting a whole lot as a low-end QB2 in fantasy.

It could be more tough sledding for Williams against a Packers defense that has been stingy against opposing QBs of late.

While Williams did lead one scoring drive, the Bears offense was primarily stagnant, punting on eight of their ten possessions and turning the ball over on downs twice. Heading into Week 11, Williams and the Bears offense will look to bounce back against a well-rested Green Bay Packers defense, which will be coming off their bye week and is sure to be prepared for the challenge.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith will face off against the Washington Commanders on Thursday night football in Week 11. The 26-year-old has had some limitations in practice the past few weeks due to a hamstring injury, but he was again left off of the final injury report and is a full go for the team's Week 11 divisional matchup. Smith was not needed last week against a spiraling Dallas team, seeing just three targets and tallying only 14 yards receiving. With that said, the team will need all hands on deck to stop Washington Thursday night, and with newly acquired cornerback Marshawn Lattimore not making his Commanders debut, the Eagles will look to exploit the below-average pass defense. Smith has had some disappointing outings since the Week 5 bye, but he is still a strong WR2 option and remains a must-start in Week 11.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) was a limited participant in practice on Tuesday. Smith did not participate in Monday's walk through so his activity on Tuesday suggests that it was all maintenance related. Additionally, Smith has been dealing with the injury for a couple of weeks and it did not prohibit him from playing in Week 10. Smith was quiet in Week 10. He recorded just two receptions for 14 yards in the Eagles' blowout win in Dallas. It is unclear if his injury was affecting his play but Smith managers will be hoping for better days to come. Smith has 37 receptions for 487 yards and four touchdowns in eight games this season. His overall fantasy production has been relatively inconsistent but he is still the WR22 in PPR formats. Smith has a solid chance to get back on track in Week 11 against the Washington Commanders.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) was listed as a non-participant on the team's estimated practice report on Monday. The team didn't actually hold a practice. Smith has been dealing with a hamstring injury but didn't carry an injury designation into the Week 9 blowout win over the Dallas Cowboys, where he had a disappointing two receptions for 14 yards. The 25-year-old didn't appear to aggravate the injury on Sunday, so the Eagles are likely just resting him on a short week before he'll play on Thursday night against the division-rival Washington Commanders. Smith had a season-high 87 yards and a touchdown in Week 9 against the Jacksonville Jaguars and is fully capable of breaking out again in Week 11 if he's fully healthy. The Commanders have had issues in their secondary this year, too. Smith has already scored four times in 2024.

Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams returned from a two-game suspension for a PED violation and contributed to the team's 26-23 victory over the Houston Texans in Week 10. Williams caught three of his five targets for 53 yards, finishing third on the team in receiving and averaging an impressive 17.7 yards per catch. Through seven games this season, he has recorded 20 catches for 414 yards and three touchdowns. As Williams regains his rhythm in Detroit's offense, he projects as a solid flex option heading into Week 11 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

With six deep targets and five red zone looks over six games, Williams still offers a high ceiling in deeper leagues, especially with a modest WR3/FLEX designation in 12-team formats. Facing a Texans defense that has given fits to some receiving corps, Williams may still have enticing upside in smaller leagues

Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams' two-game suspension has been lifted and he has officially been reinstated by the NFL heading into a Week 10 game against the Houston Texans. In his absence, the Lions won both of their games. Williams was suspended two games for a violation of the league's policy on performance-enhancing substances. The 23-year-old will give the Lions another speedy field-stretching weapon for an offense that has been humming of late. In six games before his suspension, Williams was in the midst of a breakout season, catching 17 of his 30 targets for 361 yards and a career-high three touchdowns. He's currently tied for 29th among all wideouts with 11.0 half-PPR points per game and will return to being a boom/bust WR4/flex option for fantasy managers in what could easily be a shootout against Houston in primetime on Sunday night.

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Joshua Palmer made just one catch in a Week 10 win over the Tennessee Titans. Palmer was targeted twice, making his one catch for a 36-yard gain. Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert only attempted 18 passes in this extremely run-heavy game, leaving Palmer tied for third on the team in targets with his pair and second on the team in receiving yards with the 36. Palmer has seemingly worked his way into a boom-or-bust type role but has yet to have a significant boom week. He's not a reliable fantasy starter and should remain on most fantasy benches in Week 11 when the Chargers take on the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday Night Football.

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Joshua Palmer remains a risky fantasy option in Week 10 against the Tennessee Titans. Palmer scored his first touchdown of the season in Week 9, but ended up totaling just two catches on four targets. That seems to be the role Palmer has settled into in this Chargers offense. He could occasionally come up with big plays but it won't be consistent enough to make him a reliable fantasy option. With D.J. Chark (groin) expected to return this week, Palmer could have even more competition in the passing game going forward.

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Joshua Palmer scored his first touchdown of the season in a Week 9 win over the Cleveland Browns. Palmer was targeted four times, making two catches for 63 yards. His touchdown came in the first quarter on a 28-yard pass from Justin Herbert to open the scoring. His other catch was a 35-yarder. Palmer seems to be settling into a role as a big-play wide receiver instead of the heavily targeted one many expected before the season. He'll be hard to trust in Week 10 despite a good matchup against the Tennessee Titans.

Houston Texans wide receiver John Metchie III had a career night against the Detroit Lions, finishing with five catches on six targets for 74 yards and a touchdown in a 26-23 loss. The third-year receiver missed his entire rookie season after being diagnosed with leukemia and has played sparingly in the two years since, but broke out Sunday with fellow Texans receiver Nico Collins (hamstring) inactive again. A 15-yard touchdown connection with quarterback C.J. Stroud was Metchie's first NFL score to go with career highs in catches and yards. He'll look to stay involved again when Houston visits Dallas in Week 11.

After recording just one catch in Week 9, Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts got back on track in Week 10, hauling in four of six targets for 55 yards in a 20-17 loss to the Saints. There have been more productive and consistent options at tight end, but Pitts is still top 10 at the position in targets, receptions, yards, and touchdowns, so while he can be a bit volatile, the 24-year-old remains a TE1 in a solid Falcons offense. He may even be in a better spot than his fellow receivers next week against the Broncos, who have been good against WRs but not as great against TEs, with Brock Bowers, Cade Otton, and Travis Kelce each catching at least seven balls against them. As such, Pitts will again be a volatile TE1 in Week 11.

After being a limited participant in practice on Wednesday and Thursday, Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts (hamstring) was a full participant on Friday and is expected to play this weekend against the Saints. The 24-year-old seemed to hit his stride in Weeks 5 through 8, averaging five catches and 79 yards per game over that stretch but was limited to just one catch on one target for 11 yards in Week 9 against the Cowboys. Week 10 brings a rematch with New Orleans, the same team that held him without a catch back in Week 4, however, they are missing some key pieces on defense this time and are losers of seven straight, with the Falcons 3.5-point favorites in this one. The Saints have been generally good against tight ends though, having allowed the 15th-fewest fantasy points to the position, so even though Atlanta throws the ball on almost 56% of its plays, Pitts projects to continue as a volatile TE1 in this matchup.

Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts (hamstring) has been upgraded to a full participant ahead of the Week 10 matchup against the New Orleans Saints. Pitts was limited on Wednesday and Thursday, but a full session on Friday means he should be ready for this weekend. The young tight end posted four straight games of 65 receiving yards or more before his 11-yard dud against the Dallas Cowboys last week. Fantasy managers should expect a bounce back outing this weekend. Pitts should be on the fantasy radar as a TE1 for Week 10.

Carolina Panthers rookie tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders only had two receptions for eight yards in Sunday's 20-17 win over the New York Giants, but one of those receptions was a five-yard touchdownthe first of Sanders' career. The score came on a nifty Bryce Young scramble, which froze the defense and left Sanders alone in the back of the end zone. The fourth-round pick was due for his moment after recording 51 yards per game in Carolina's previous four weeks. Still, Sanders has had fewer than 10 yards in two of his last three games, making him a risky streaming option. Carolina has a bye in Week 11 and will take on the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 12 coming off the bye.

Carolina Panthers rookie tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders (ankle, wrist) came off the injury report Friday and will play against the New York Giants in Week 10. Over the last month, Sanders has been the Panthers' most reliable target, averaging four receptions for 51 yards per game during that stretch. Unfortunately, the rookie has yet to find the end zone in his NFL career, which has hurt his production numbers, but that milestone should indeed be crossed soon. The Giants defend tight ends surprisingly well, ranking third in the league in points allowed against the position. With tight end Tommy Tremble (back) questionable, Sanders should see the majority of snaps once again. He is ranked as TE21 by RotoBaller for this matchup.

Carolina Panthers tight ends Ja'Tavion Sanders (ankle, wrist) and Tommy Tremble (back) were both listed as limited in Thursday's practice. Meanwhile, Feleipe Franks (concussion) practiced in full for the second straight day. Tremble was a full-go on Wednesday, while Sanders is popping up on the injury report for the first time this week. Sanders has certainly been more involved in recent weeks as a pass-catcher than he was in the first four games of his NFL career. He's had at least five targets in four of his last five games and has a 19-217-0 line in his last five games. The 21-year-old has yet to find the end zone, though, and remains nothing more than a low-upside TE2 streamer in deeper fantasy leagues if he's active in Week 10 in Germany against the New York Giants. The return of Tremble would certainly be bad news for Sanders.
