Mahomes continues to spread the ball around with top wideouts Rashee Rice (suspension) and Xavier Worthy (shoulder) out of action, dialing up nine different targets Sunday after completing passes to seven different receivers in last week's loss. Mahomes is going to continue to have to do the heavy lifting for Kansas City's offense ahead of a Week 3 matchup against the New York Giants on Sunday Night Football.

Mahomes completed 24 of 39 passes for 258 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions and added six rushes for 57 yards and another score in the Chiefs' 27-21 loss to the Chargers on Friday night. He also recovered a fumble.

In the absence of Worthy, Mahomes recorded completions to seven different targets, focusing the bulk of his attention on Hollywood Brown (10-99-0) and JuJu Smith-Schuster (5-55-0), who were the targets on 21 of his pass attempts. Following this season-opening stumble, Mahomes and the Chiefs will have to quickly turn their focus to a Super Bowl LIX rematch with the Eagles at Arrowhead Stadium in a Week 2 matchup on Sunday, Sept. 14.

Stevenson rushed 11 times for 54 yards while catching all five of his targets for 88 yards in Sunday's 33-27 win over the Dolphins.

Stevenson set a new career high in receiving yards, fueled by a 55-yard reception in the third quarter. He operated as the lead back while rookie second-round pick TreVeyon Henderson and Antonio Gibson combined for eight carries and three targets, though Gibson also contributed a kickoff return touchdown on special teams. Stevenson is the team's preferred option on early downs, and he could hold off the alternatives in passing situations if he continues to shine as a pass catcher like he did Sunday. The 27-year-old running back's fantasy value is trending up ahead of a Week 3 home game against a Steelers run defense that has struggled to begin the season.

Stevenson rushed seven times for 15 yards and brought in two of three targets for 12 yards in the Patriots' 20-13 loss to the Raiders on Sunday.

Stevenson entered Week 1 as the presumptive lead back, although rookie second-round pick TreVeyon Henderson is already ticketed for a solid complementary role at minimum. However, Week 1 usage between the two players actually tilted toward Henderson due to his expansive pass-catching role (six receptions), although game script did play a part in that as well. Henderson is the more explosive of the two, but Stevenson could fill the role of the preferred early-down option in a Week 2 road matchup against the Dolphins if the game remains close.

Stevenson (undisclosed) isn't listed on the Patriots' injury report in advance of Sunday's regular-season opener against the Raiders.

Stevenson managed an unspecified injury as the preseason wound down, but the running back's full participation in Wednesday's practice sets the stage for the 27-year-old to claim a key role (particularly on early downs) in a backfield that also includes 2025 second-rounder TreVeyon Henderson, as well as fellow returnee Antonio Gibson. A look at ADP in drafts ahead of Week 1 reveals that Henderson is viewed as the upside play from a fantasy standpoint, and while the dynamic rookie is bound to cut into Stevenson's volume, there should be enough touches -- in a New England offense that could well lean on the ground game -- for both Stevenson and Henderson to provide lineup utility on a weekly basis.

Ridley recorded three receptions on six targets for 57 yards in Sunday's 33-19 loss to the Rams.

Ridley tied for the team lead in targets with both Elic Ayomanor and Chig Okonkwo, though he beat out Ayomanor by one yard to lead Tennessee pass catchers. Ridley's longest catch of the day went for 26 yards, when Cam Ward rolled out to his right and hit him along the sideline. It was an improved performance for Ridley, though Ayomanor is emerging as a key part of the offense and looks likely to continue to cut into Ridley's opportunities.

Ridley recorded four receptions on eight targets for 27 yards in Sunday's 20-12 loss to the Broncos.

Ridley led the Titans in targets and receptions, but he was not efficient with his chances and was slightly out of sync with Cameron Ward. The duo connected for a 13-yard gain early in the fourth quarter, Ridley's longest catch of the day. However, he had a few passes glance off his hands later in the contest as the Titans tried to mount a comeback, and Ridley had a particularly costly drop on the team's final offensive possession. While it was a disappointing opening line, Ridley should be in for better performances moving forward thanks to his secure role in the Titans' offense.

Ridley isn't listed on the injury report for Week 1 at Denver, John Glennon of NashvillePost.com reports.

Ridley missed some practice time in mid-to-late August due to what was described as general soreness. The Titans' top wideout is unsurprisingly ready for the season opener, facing a tough matchup against CB Patrick Surtain and the Denver defense in Cameron Ward's first NFL start.

Herbert completed 19 of 27 attempts for 242 yards and two touchdowns in Monday's 20-9 win over the Raiders. He also led the team in rushing on nine attempts for 31 yards but fumbled once.

Herbert took what the defense gave him all evening, and the Raiders never seemed to have an answer. The sixth-year quarterback efficiently marched down the field whenever Los Angeles needed a sustaining drive, and were it not for the ineptitude of Geno Smith and company on the other side, Herbert probably could have pressed further for a bigger game. It's clear the 27-year-old is looking to be more mobile in 2025, as that's now back-to-back games with 30 or more rushing yards, a feat he accomplished just four times total last season.

Herbert and the Chargers' aerial attack put on a show in Sao Paulo, Brazil on Friday, generating five lengthy scoring drives in a decisive victory over last year's AFC Champions. Head coach Jim Harbaugh let his star quarterback air it out right out of the gates, resulting in Herbert's first 300-yard, three-touchdown performance since Harbaugh took over at the start of last season. If this is truly a shift in offensive philosophy from the three yards and a cloud of dust scheme that L.A. implemented in 2024, then Herbert's fantasy ceiling could rise somewhere closer to the elite production we witnessed from 2020-2022. Next Monday's tilt against the Raiders should be telling on whether Herbert can keep up this type volume.

Ryland went 2-for-2 on field-goal attempts and made three PATs in Sunday's 27-22 win over the Panthers.

Ryland finished off Arizona's first offensive possession of the game with a 29-yard field goal, and he later added a 47-yard make in the second quarter. Through two weeks in 2025, the kicker has made four out of five field-goal tries, including a 50-yarder, while also adding five PATs.

Ryland went 2-for-3 on field-goal attempts and made both of his extra-point tries during the Cardinals' 20-13 win over the Saints on Sunday.

He had an opportunity give the Cardinals a 13-point lead late in the fourth quarter, but his attempt from 46 yards out was blocked at the line of scrimmage, which led to a Saints' field goal nine plays later to make it a single-score game. Ryland is coming off a 2024 campaign in which he connected on 87.5 percent of his field-goal attempts and made all but one of his 27 extra-point tries.

The Commanders officially placed Ekeler (Achilles) on injured reserve Monday.
