Love is just a high-end QB2 this week against the 49ers but has the upside to produce in a tough matchup.

The Tennessee Titans put the clamps on the Houston Texans running back Joe Mixon, holding him to just 22 yards and no touchdowns on 14 carries and pulling off a 32-27 upset. The veteran running back had his lowest rushing output of the season, but did salvage some fantasy value by catching five of six targets for 23 yards. Houston's offensive line had a brutal showing against a talented Tennessee line, and the Texans rushed for just 40 yards as a team. Fortunately for the Texans and fantasy managers who roster Mixon, the Texans are at Jacksonville in Week 13.

Already one of the top-performing fantasy players of the year, Houston Texans running back Joe Mixon faces another decent matchup when his team plays host to the Tennessee Titans in Week 12. The top Houston back has scored in six straight games and rushed for 100-plus yards in five of six, and now takes on a Tennessee team that ranks 17th against fantasy running backs. The Texans are giving Mixon a feature back workload with nearly four red zone touches and 2.5 targets per game, making him a dynamic RB1 option in any format. He should be starting once again in Week 12.

For the fifth consecutive week, Houston Texans running back Joe Mixon surpassed 100 rushing yards and found the end zone on Monday at Dallas, finishing with 153 total yards and three scores in the 34-10 win. The veteran running back kept up his hot streak with 109 yards on 20 carries, to which he added two catches for 44 yards. Mixon broke a 45-yard touchdown run on Houston's first drive, scored from a yard away later in the first quarter, and capped off the win with another one-yard touchdown. Five straight games of 100-plus rushing yards and a touchdown ties a Super-Bowl-era record. Houston's RB1 will look to keep the momentum going in Week 12 against Tennessee.

Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift tallied 39 yards on 11 attempts and added 35 yards on two receptions in their loss to the Detroit Lions. Swift's longest run of the day went for 12 yards, and the longest reception went for 29. The Bears were trailing for most of the afternoon, which shifted much of the offensive play-calling to favor the passing game. This was also the second-straight game Swift did not find the back of the end zone. Before this two-game slump, Swift averaged 18.3 PPR points per game during Weeks 4 through 11. Fantasy managers should still view Swift as a solid RB2 heading into a Week 14 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers.

Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift shapes up as a risky flex option in Week 13 as he faces one of the most formidable run defenses in the NFL in the Detroit Lions. Despite some injuries, Detroit's rush defense remains formidable, ranking fifth in rush yards allowed and second in points allowed. Swift had a down performance in Week 12, rushing 13 times for just 30 yards and failing to generate the big plays that have been key to his fantasy value in recent weeks. To make matters worse for Swift, fellow running back Roschon Johnson has been taking over goal-line duties, leaving Swift in more of a boom-or-bust role. If he doesn't hit a home run, he could be in for another disappointing performance, especially against a defense as stout as Detroit's. Given the matchup, Swift is downgraded to a flex play this week, with his best chance of delivering value coming from finding the end zone on a big play against his old team.

On Sunday, Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift had a challenging outing in the team's Week 12 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Swift rushed 13 times for just 30 yards, marking his worst performance in recent memory, though it came against a tough Vikings defense. While the running game was largely ineffective, Swift made his presence felt in the passing game, hauling in three catches for 35 yards. Despite being bottled up on the ground, Swift sparked the offense with a key reception that helped set up a touchdown drive. Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker is in the midst of the least efficient season of his career. He's made just 72.7% of his field goal attempts and has gone 3-for-7 from 50 yards or further. In Week 11, he missed two of his three attempts which ended up being the difference between a win and a loss. Now, he sets his sights on the matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 12. The Bolts allow the second-fewest fantasy points per contest to kickers at 5.6. That, combined with Tucker's struggles, means there are better options this week.

Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker has struggled mightily in 2024 and missed two more field goals in the two-point loss to the division-rival Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 11, but head coach John Harbaugh said on Monday that the team has no plans to bring in competition for Tucker. The seven-time Pro Bowler has seen his conversion rate fall to 72.7% this year, which is his lowest mark ever 11 games into a season. His six misses are one more than all of 2023, and he's just on miss shy of tying his career worst. In the team's four losses this year, Tucker has missed five field goals. Sunday was just the sixth time in his 206 career games in which he missed multiple kicks. As a result, the 34-year-old veteran is no longer the most accurate kicker in NFL history, as his career success rate of 89.3% ranks behind Panthers kicker Eddy Pineiro (89.4%). Despite his struggles, Tucker should be considered a top-10 fantasy kicker in Week 12 on Monday against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker has been quite the boom-or-bust fantasy option this season. He's registered five weeks as a K1, three weeks as a K2, and two weeks outside of the top 24. In Week 10, Tucker only managed to make three of his four extra points and didn't attempt any field goals. He'll go up against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 11 who give up the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing kickers. Tucker has the talent to deliver K1 results, but the big question is whether or not the offense will be able to get into field goal range and stall out enough for him to collect more fantasy points.

Coming out of their Week 12 bye, Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said the team is looking for a way to manage running back Chris Brown's workload in the backfield. "We've gotta find ways to manage it. I think circumstances has led to what he's gotten the last two weeks. I'd like for Chase to touch the ball as much as possible he's got the potential to be explosive on every single play. At the same time, you do need another back in there to help manage that workload. We'll try to get other guys mixed in there to give him a little bit more of a break," Taylor said. Zack Moss (neck) is out for the year, which has led to Brown seeing almost all of the backfield touches in recent weeks as trade acquisition Khalil Herbert learns the offense. Brown has had 20-plus touches in two of the last three games. While he could see more help moving forward, he'll remain a must-start for fantasy managers.

Cincinnati Bengals running back Chase Brown rushed for 86 yards on 22 carries during Sunday's Week 11 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. He also caught five of his seven targets for an additional 57 receiving yards. Brown has been tasked with handling a larger workload amidst Zack Moss' season-ending neck injury, and the second-year running back hasn't missed a beat. He now has three consecutive games with at least 19 fantasy points (PPR) and should be deployed as a low-end fantasy RB1 when he's back in action on the other side of the Bengals' Week 12 bye.

Cincinnati Bengals running back Chase Brown has emerged as one of the best fantasy options at the position. He got off to a slow start this season. However, since the Week 4 win over the Carolina Panthers, the 24-year-old has totaled seven touchdowns. He's also coming off a potent Week 10 performance versus the Ravens, finishing the night by amassing a career-high nine receptions. With Tee Higgins (quadriceps) cleared to return on Sunday night versus the Chargers, Brown will likely see fewer looks from Joe Burrow. Still, Brown's potential can't be ignored, especially with Zack Moss (neck) done for the remainder of the 2024-25 campaign.

Las Vegas Raiders running back Zamir White (quadricep) has been ruled out for Week 13 after missing three consecutive practices. White, who has been sidelined since Week 11, has just 213 scrimmage yards and one touchdown through eight games this season. Fellow running back Alexander Mattison (ankle) is questionable this week but would draw the start if active. Otherwise, we'll see another week of Ameer Abdullah leading the Las Vegas backfield. Whichever running back starts for the Raiders is worth deploying as an RB3 in fantasy football.

Las Vegas Raiders running back Zamir White (quadriceps) missed a second straight day of practice this week on Wednesday. White was also unable to practice all of last week before missing the Week 12 loss to the division-rival Denver Broncos. He'll need to practice on Thursday to have a shot at suiting up on Black Friday to face the division-rival Kansas City Chiefs. Alexander Mattison (ankle) also missed Week 12, but he practiced in a limited capacity on Wednesday and appears to be the better bet to return in Week 13. The 25-year-old has had a disappointing 2024 campaign and will probably only be worth consideration as an RB3/flex in fantasy against KC if he's active and Mattison sits out, which seems unlikely. White ceded lead-back duties to Mattison early on this year and is averaging a career-worst 2.8 yards per carry. He hasn't had double-digit carries since Sept. 29.

Las Vegas Raiders running back Zamir White (quad) was unable to suit up for Tuesday's walkthrough. This is a bit concerning after White missed last week's game against the Denver Broncos due to a quad strain. The fact he sat out to open the week doesn't look good ahead of Friday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs. It's worth noting that fellow back Alexander Mattison (ankle) was able to get through a limited session on Tuesday. He figures to serve as the primary back if healthy enough to play in Week 13. Otherwise, Ameer Abdullah could have low-end RB3 value if both backs are unable to play again.
