Tagovailoa completed 13 of 21 passes for 127 yards and a touchdown while rushing once for no gain in Sunday's 34-10 win over the Jets.

Tagovailoa absorbed a big hit but delivered a three-yard touchdown pass to Jaylen Waddle on the opening drive. Miami's other three touchdowns all came on the ground, with De'Von Achane (ribs), Jaylen Wright and Ollie Gordon each scoring one. Achane exited in the second quarter, so the Dolphins went heavier on traditional runs rather than the screen passes that usually allow Achane to contribute as a receiver in space while padding Tagovailoa's passing stats. Tagovailoa notoriously struggles in cold conditions, and after this unimpressive statistical outing, he seems unlikely to heat up literally or figuratively in Week 15 at Pittsburgh.

Tagovailoa's middling numbers tell the tale of a low-volume, inefficient day for the Dolphins' air attack, one that saw the veteran signal-caller finish with his seventh sub-200-yard tally of the season and lowest figure since Week 7. Tagovailoa also extended his touchdown drought to two games, and he's gone without a scoring toss in four of his last six contests overall. Given recent performances and what could be inclement early-December weather in New York, Tagovailoa doesn't profile as a particularly appealing fantasy option in a Week 14 road clash with the Jets next Sunday.

Samuel caught four of six targets for 27 yards in Sunday's 31-0 loss to the Vikings.

The four receptions led the Commanders while the six targets tied Terry McLaurin for the team lead, but the volume didn't amount to much yardage. Washington's passing attack struggled even with Jayden Daniels returning to action, but the second-year QB left the game in the third quarter after appearing to aggravate his dislocated left elbow. Regardless of whether Daniels or Marcus Mariota is under center in Week 15 against the Giants, Samuel figures to be involved in the offense -- he's seen at least five targets and caught at least three passes in nine straight appearances, compiling a 46-429-4 line on 60 targets over that stretch.

Samuel recorded five receptions on seven targets for 64 yards in Sunday's 27-26 overtime loss to the Broncos.

Samuel was overshadowed by strong showings from both Terry McLaurin and Zach Ertz, but he had a solid performance of his own. He did the majority of his damage in overtime, recording a 38-yard reception down the right sideline that came two yards shy of the end zone. Samuel has at least five targets in each of his last five games, and his usage down the field has started to rebound, as he has three receptions of at least 20 yards combined across his last two games.

Adams (hamstring) officially didn't practice Thursday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

So far during Week 15 prep, Adams sat out Wednesday's walkthrough and then was seen rehabbing his hamstring on the side one day later, ultimately going down as a non-participant for a second straight session. He thus has one more chance to mix into drills this week, but there's been no indication from coach Sean McVay that Adams is in danger of missing Sunday's game against the Lions.

Adams didn't take part in Wednesday's walkthrough due to a lingering hamstring injury and may go down as a DNP for a second straight day, which ultimately will be revealed when the Rams post their second Week 15 practice report. He also dealt with the issue last week but suited up this past Sunday in Arizona, logging a season-low 43 percent snap share en route to four catches (on six targets) for 29 yards.

Coach Sean McVay said Adams missed Wednesday's walkthrough to rest his hamstring, Nate Atkins of The Athletic reports.

Adams also was listed as a DNP last Wednesday before getting back on the field as limited Thursday and logging a full practice Friday, thereby clearing him for Week 14 action. His TD streak came to an end this past Sunday in Arizona, which marked his first outing without an end-zone visit since Week 6. Considering McVay's comment, Adams likely will follow a similar practice regimen this week, especially with two games in five days between Weeks 15 and 16.

Fields (knee) wasn't spotted at practice Thursday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Coach Aaron Glenn said that Tyrod Taylor (groin) and Fields (knee) won't practice Wednesday.

Fields (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Carter gained 13 yards on three carries and caught two of four targets for 18 yards in Sunday's 45-17 blowout loss to the Rams.

Carter recorded five carries for 17 yards and gathered in five of six targets for 47 yards during Sunday's 20-17 loss at Tampa Bay.

Knox caught six of seven targets for 93 yards in Sunday's 39-34 win over the Bengals.

Knox caught three of four targets for 28 yards in the Bills' 26-7 win over the Steelers on Sunday.

Sanders (hip) will not be designated to return from IR in Week 15, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
