"I think that's something I can get better at, just being calm in the chaos," Stroud said. "Pressure, guys flying at your feet, hitting you after the whistle or whatever the case may be. I just want to be able to put my team in better positions."

Lost among Houston's fifth straight victory and dominating defensive effort was the offense's second-half struggles to move the ball. After leaping to a 10-0 lead at halftime, the Texans totaled 67 yards (2.0 yards per play) in the final 30 minutes with four consecutive three-and-outs as the Chiefs dialed up blitz after blitz. Houston's defense set up a couple of short fields in the fourth quarter, which produced the final 10 points and secured the win. Stroud's performance against the pressure is somewhat surprising, given his 60.3 percent completion percentage against pressure heading into the game was the best of his career and better than most quarterbacks this season. In Week 15, Stroud faces the Cardinals, who rank 12th in blitzing (25.1 percent) but only 27th in pressures (18.3 percent) and sacks (24) through 13 games.

Stroud led the Texans to consecutive scoring drives late in the first quarter and into the second quarter, during which he completed long passes of 46 and 53 yards while also capping a touchdown drive with a nine-yard pass to Woody Marks. Positively, Stroud did not turn the ball over and helped Houston continue to surge toward a playoff spot, though he has only one total touchdown in two games since returning from a concussion.

Harvey sustained a rib injury late in Sunday's 34-26 win over the Packers, a game in which the running back logged 19 carries for 65 yards and a TD, while being on the field for 46 of his team's 68 snaps on offense. Per Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post, coach Sean Payton noted earlier Wednesday that Harvey was "doing good" with his rib injury, while suggesting there were no concerns on that front. With a full practice in the books confirming that notion, Harvey is slated to maintain his lead backfield role this weekend against the 10-4 Jaguars, who have won five straight, and through Week 15 are surrendering a league-low average of 86.3 rushing yards per game.

Broncos coach Sean Payton said Wednesday that he isn't worried about Harvey's rib injury, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports.

Smith-Njigba corralled seven of nine targets for 113 yards in Sunday's 18-16 win over the Colts.

Smith-Njigba recorded his ninth 100-plus yard game of the season as he continues to terrorize opposing defenses. The 23-year-old currently sits four receptions shy of hitting the 100-catch mark in consecutive seasons. Despite nearly matching last year's total, JSN has already outproduced his sophomore campaign by 411 yards and three touchdowns in three fewer appearances. Smith-Njigba will continue being the focal point of Seattle's offense in an NFC West showdown against the Rams on Thursday Night Football in Week 16.

Smith-Njigba caught seven of 10 targets for 92 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 37-9 win over the Falcons.

After not being needed in last week's rout of the Vikings, Smith-Njigba was a bigger part of the game plan this time around, hauling in a 28-yard TD from Sam Darnold in the third quarter and a four-yard score in the fourth as the Seahawks pulled away in the second half. JSN has fallen off his 2,000-yard pace over the last couple weeks, but he still leads the NFL by a wide margin with 1,428 yards through 13 games, to go along with 89 catches and nine touchdowns. The third-year wideout will look for another big performance in Week 15 against the Colts.

Lamb didn't practice Wednesday due to an illness, Clarence Hill Jr. of AllDLLS.com reports.

Per Nick Harris of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Lamb wasn't present at the media-access portion of Wednesday's session, and now the reason has been revealed. Lamb will have two more chances to practice this week, or else he'll be at risk of entering the weekend with a designation for Sunday's game against the Chargers.

Little made both of his field-goal attempts and went 6-for-6 on extra-point tries during the Jaguars' 48-20 win over the Jets on Sunday.

Little saw the field mostly on point-after tries and kickoffs as the Jaguars offense put on a dominant showing Sunday, but he did connect on short field goals from 33 and 22 yards in the second and third quarter, respectively. It's the eighth time this season that Little has connected on two or more field goals, five of which have come in the seven games since the Jaguars' Week 8 bye. Since the bye, the second-year kicker has made all 13 of his field-goal attempts and each of his 25 point-after tries.
