Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill (wrist) upgraded to a full practice session on Thursday after being listed as a limited participant on Wednesday. Hill has been battling a wrist issue for most of the season but hasn't missed any games because of it. Now that he's back to full practice this week, the 30-year-old should be in the clear to play this Sunday against the division-rival New England Patriots. The five-time All-Pro wideout had a tough stretch in the middle of the season when quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was on Injured Reserve with a concussion, but he's now scored in back-to-back weeks, and his fantasy needle is pointing back upward. The Cheetah is a must-start for fantasy managers when he's active, including in Week 12. In the first meeting against the Pats on Oct. 6, Hill caught six of 10 targets (second time this year with double-digit targets) for 69 yards.

The 30-year-old speedster played over 75% of the offensive snaps and caught seven of eight targets for 61 yards and a touchdown in the Week 11 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. It was the Cheetah's second straight week with a touchdown after scoring his first TD way back in Week 1. Hill should be fine to play in Week 12 against the division-rival New England Patriots and is a must-start in all fantasy lineups as he regains his connection with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. Hill had six catches for 69 yards on 10 targets in the Oct. 6 win over the Pats.

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill (wrist) stayed in Los Angeles to see a specialist following last Monday's game against the Rams, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. Hill has been dealing with a lingering wrist issue since a joint practice with the Washington Commanders back in training camp. While it hasn't been enough to hold him out of a game yet, he has repeatedly appeared on the injury report. After visiting with the specialist, Pelissero notes that surgery is on the table for Hill, but it's unclear if an operation would even fix the injury. In the interim, Hill continues to manage his pain and play through his injury. He's officially active for Week 11 against the Las Vegas Raiders and will be a "full-go", according to Pelissero. The speedy receiver is looking to bounce back from last week's modest showing in which he caught three passes for 16 yards and a touchdown.

As inconsistent and frustrating as it has been to have him in fantasy lineups, believe it or not, the former first-round draft pick is still well within the top 12 in fantasy scoring at the position, so he likely warrants a starting role going forward as painful as it may be from week to week. After the Falcons' bye, Atlanta will face the Chargers who have been pretty good at defending the tight end position, even limiting the Bengal TEs on Sunday night to just three catches for 22 yards. Pitts likely finds himself as a volatile back-end TE1 that week.

Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts is within the top 10 in fantasy scoring at the position through 10 weeks of the season despite some inconsistent play, including a zero-catch performance in Week 4 and a one-catch performance in Week 9. As such, Pitts will again be a volatile TE1 in Week 11.

Houston Texans tight end Dalton Schultz set a season-high with five catches for 33 yards in the Texans' 34-10 victory against the Dallas Cowboys. The big tight end drew seven targets, which tied for the team lead, but did most of his work within short yardage. The former Cowboy still has not scored this season, but Houston has only two passing touchdowns in its past five games as a team, so receiving touchdowns have been few and far between. Schultz and the Texans will look for better against the struggling Tennessee Titans in Week 12.

He's remained consistent at one of fantasy football's least reliable positions, and should once again be a top-10 option next week against the Baltimore Ravens.

Los Angeles Chargers kicker Cameron Dicker is a solid option as usual for Week 11 fantasy lineups. The Chargers will face off against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday Night Football in what could be a high-scoring game, giving Dicker multiple chances to put up points. He's been a top-15 fantasy kicker six times this season and has remained consistent and reliable while adding a little distance to his arsenal. He's a safe top-10 option for Week 11.
