Pierce carried the ball 11 times for 14 yards and caught two of five targets for minus-2 yards in Sunday's 19-17 loss to the Jaguars.

With Saquon Barkley (hamstring) inactive and Tank Bigsby (abdomen) on IR, Pierce began the game as the No. 2 running back for the Eagles behind Will Shipley, and he moved into the top spot after Shipley exited the game just before halftime with a foot injury. The result was Pierce's highest touch volume since Week 18 of the 2024 season with the Texans, although his longest gain went for just six yards. The Eagles' offense is struggling overall behind a patchwork offensive line, but if Pierce finds himself as the top healthy RB option in Week 6 against the Panthers, he'll still have some deep-league fantasy appeal.

The Eagles signed Pierce off their practice squad Wednesday.

Philadelphia placed Tank Bigsby (core) on injured reserve Tuesday and appears likely to be without top back Saquon Barkley (hamstring) for Sunday's game against the Jaguars in London, so Pierce will be moved up from the practice squad to replenish the team's depth in the backfield. Assuming Barkley sits, Pierce will be primarily competing for reps with Will Shipley, who has been on the roster all season as the No. 3 back behind Barkley and Bigsby. Philadelphia could also look to elevate one of Jaydon Blue or Carson Steele from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's contest.

The Eagles are expected to sign Pierce off their practice squad Wednesday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

With top back Saquon Barkley week-to-week with a hamstring injury and with Tank Bigsby (abdomen) landing on injured reserve Tuesday, the Eagles will bring Pierce aboard to provide the backfield with another healthy body to complement Will Shipley. Due to the fact that he was already on the 53-man roster, Shipley is the presumptive favorite to start this Sunday against the Jaguars in London, but it's not guaranteed that he'll garner the majority of the carries over Pierce, who is a prototypical early-down runner. Shipley should at least rank ahead of Pierce as the Eagles' preferred option on passing downs.

Sutton posted two catches (on three targets) for 18 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's 23-17 victory at the Chargers.

Sutton has found the going tough through five games this season, sitting on 11 catches for 104 yards on 25 targets, but his five-yard TD connection Sunday with QB Bo Nix marked the wide receiver's first of the campaign, salvaging his day somewhat from a fantasy perspective. Considering his volume has fallen from 7.6 targets per game in his first two seasons working with Nix to 5.0 in 2026, Sutton doesn't hold much appeal at the moment in the Broncos offense.

Sutton caught just one of six targets for four yards in Sunday's 24-14 loss to the 49ers.

Sutton has been wholly unproductive to begin the season, producing just nine catches for 86 scoreless yards on 21 targets through four games. His 0.69 yards per route run is easily a low point for his career. Sutton has not been productive as a fantasy player so far, and it doesn't help that he plays in a low-scoring offense that likes to spread the ball around to multiple different players.

Olave secured four of six targets for 46 yards in the Saints' 23-13 loss to the Vikings on Sunday.

Olave found himself in the familiar position of either tying for the team lead or setting the pace for the Saints in receptions, receiving yards and targets, but the numbers he generated in each of those categories left plenty to be desired. His sub-standard production should be taken in context, however, considering Tyler Shough threw for only 96 yards at 3.8 yards per attempt and was picked off twice as well. Olave's numbers were easily season lows across the board, but he should have a good chance to bounce back in a Week 6 road matchup against the Giants next Sunday.

Olave (foot) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Vikings, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports.

After being limited Thursday due to a foot issue, Olave's full participation Friday clears up his status for Week 5. The NFL's leader in targets (48) has a tough test against Minnesota's aggressive defense, but the Saints can't run the ball and have been forced to dial up the pass at a high clip through four games. Olave is a lock-and-load WR1 every week.

Olave (rest/foot) appeared to be moving well during the part of Friday's practice open to the media, Jeff Nowak of WWL New Orleans reports.

After being rested for Wednesday's walkthrough, Olave was limited at Thursday's session due to a foot injury. His status for Sunday's game against the Vikings may receive some clarity once the Saints post their final Week 5 practice report Friday.

Elliott made his lone field-goal attempt and both of his extra-point tries during Sunday's 19-17 loss to the Jaguars in London.

Elliott's only field-goal try came late in the fourth quarter, when he knocked through his 48-yard attempt to give the Eagles a 17-16 lead with only eight seconds left to play. He has yet to miss a kick through five regular-season games, though he's made only one field goal or zero in four of those contests. Elliott's scoring ceiling figures to be limited given that the Eagles offense has the second-fewest yards per game (262.2) and ranks in the bottom-5 in points scored per game (18.4). The Eagles will be home for four of their next five games, starting with Week 6 against the Panthers on Oct. 18.

Elliott converted both field-goal attempts and both PATs in Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Rams.

Elliott made field goals from 29 and 56 yards against Los Angeles and remains perfect on the season. He has just four field goals through four games and is 9-for-9 on extra-point attempts. The Eagles aren't currently scoring enough on offense to warrant elite kicker status for Elliott.
