Whether Stroud and the Texans can score another big offensive day likely will depend on how well they take care of the ball against a fellow contender on the road.

Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson totaled up 24 touches in Sunday's 34-14 loss to the Seahawks, with 21 rushes for 103 yards and a score while adding three catches for 40 yards. The number of rush attempts were a season high and he's now caught at least three passes in six of seven games for Atlanta. The 22-year-old flashed his big play ability with a 26-yard rush and a 26-yard catch-and-run, finishing the week within the top 12 at the position in fantasy. Fantasy managers will appreciate the added workload, but we'll see if it sticks as his previous high in rush attempts this season was just 18. On tap in Week 8 are the Buccaneers who the Falcons have faced once already and it ended up being a pass-heavy game script, with Robinson getting just 12 attempts for 61 yards and three catches for 16.

Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson is coming off his best game of the season in Week 6, rushing 15 times for 95 yards and two scores while adding three catches for 10 yards. The second-year pro is averaging 4.6 yards per carry this season, although he's been even more efficient the last two weeks, boasting 5.8 YPC. In Week 7, the 22-year-old will face a Seahawks defense allowing 5.0 YPC, tied for fourth-worst in the NFL. Seattle was gashed on the ground by Jordan Mason last week (9-73) and couldn't stop Isaac Guerendo (10-99) either, who had just 12 career carries coming into the game. Conditions will be pristine playing inside the dome in Atlanta and this matchup has one of the highest projected totals (51) in what should be a competitive game, so lock Robinson in as an RB1 with a strong probability of finishing in the top five in fantasy scoring at RB this week.

Robinson did most of his damage in the first half, including both scores, and the second-year back also tacked on three catches for 10 yards. Whatever was wrong with his hamstring that caused him to pop up on Thursday's injury report was clearly not an issue in this game, although he ultimately ceded 10 of the team's final 12 rush attempts to fellow backfielder Tyler Allgeier in the fourth quarter who looked strong too, racking up an 18-105-1 line himself. The 22-year-old has rushed for 61 or more yards in four of six games in 2024, now with 380 yards and three TDs on the year while averaging 3.5 receptions per game to boot. The former first-round draft pick gets a favorable matchup versus the Seahawks in Week 7, a rush defense that has yielded big games to the New England backfield (177 yards) in Week 2, the Detroit backs in Week 4 (118), and even the Giants' Tyrone Tracy in Week 5 (129). Next week's matchup boasts one of the highest expected totals as well, so there should be plenty of offense and Robinson stands to benefit again.

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Chris Olave (concussion) was at Wednesday's practice, according to Nick Underhill of the New Orleans Football Network. Olave was sidelined last week with a concussion. This is a great sign to see him return to practice, however, the 24-year-old will need to pass concussion protocol before he can officially return to game action. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status throughout the week. If Olave is able to return this weekend, he should be started in all formats as a WR2 facing a tough Los Angeles Chargers defense that has allowed the second-fewest PPR points to opposing wideouts. Rookie quarterback Spencer Rattler will make another start as well, which will make Olave more volatile.

NewOrleans.Football's Nick Underhill writes that New Orleans Saints wide receiver Chris Olave (concussion) could be back with the team for their Week 8 contest on Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers. Olave suffered a concussion in the Week 6 loss to the division-rival Tampa Bay Buccaneers and was unable to gain clearance to play in last Thursday night's loss to the Denver Broncos. The 24-year-old former first-rounder is still in the league's concussion protocol, though, so he'll need to improve this week before hoping to gain clearance from an independent neurologist later in the week. Fantasy managers shouldn't consider Olave a lock at all to return against LA. And with Rashid Shaheed (knee) done for the year, the Saints could be forced to use rookies Mason Tipton and Bub Means and Cedrick Wilson Jr. in three-wide sets again this weekend if Olave misses a second straight game.

With quarterback Derek Carr's (oblique) status uncertain and the loss of WR Rashid Shaheed (knee) for the remainder of the season, it'd be an enormous boost for the Saints' offense to regain their star wideout.

San Francisco 49ers running back Jordan Mason was mostly held in check by the Kansas City Chiefs in a 28-18 home loss on Sunday. He ran for 58 yards on 14 carries and caught both of his targets for 11 yards. A large chunk of his yardage came on a 26-yard third-quarter run. Mason also had a couple of nice runs called back by holding penalties and was something of a game-script victim with the 49ers falling behind 14-3 early. Coming into the game, Mason was the second-leading rusher in the NFL and should have better days ahead of him until Christian McCaffrey (Achilles/calf) returns. Unless CMC surprises everybody and comes back next week, Mason will look to get back on track against a porous Dallas Cowboys run defense at home on Sunday Night Football.

But now that Mason has been officially cleared for Week 7, this is fantasy managers' cue to get him back into their starting lineups.

Mason has been a limited participant all week during practice and will likely carry an injury designation into the weekend as he has yet to shed the non-contact jersey. Fantasy managers should pay close attention to the injury report later on Friday as it may clarify the 25-year-old's availability for the weekend. Mason left last week's game early after suffering an AC joint sprain. If the standout running back happens to miss Sunday's game, rookie Isaac Guerendo will likely lead the San Francisco backfield and would become a viable RB2 play.

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman continued his great play by breaking the 100-yard mark for the first time since Week 2 of the 2022 season. The former 27th overall pick finished Monday night's game with four receptions, 121 yards, and a touchdown on four targets. He's already topped his total yardage from last season and now hit a career-high for touchdowns in a season. Bateman flashed his speed during his touchdown play, which saw quarterback Lamar Jackson drop the ball right in his hands on his way into the end zone. Bateman will look to burn some more defensive backs in Week 8 against the Cleveland Browns.

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman continues to be heavily involved in the passing game this year. During the 30-23 win over the Washington Commanders, Bateman registered four catches for 71 yards on four targets. He was tied for the second-most targets with Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely. He's on pace for a career-high in receiving yards and has already tied his career-high for touchdowns in a single season. He also has his second-best yards per target right now with 9.2. Bateman will try to get back into the end zone in Week 7 on Monday night against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

However, he at least garners flex consideration for the favorable matchup.

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Wilson caught just one pass for 15 yards in Monday's 17-15 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. The Chargers have one of the best pass defenses in the NFL, and that showed on Monday night as the Cardinals' wide receiver group couldn't get much going. Wilson was targeted three times and drew a crucial pass interference penalty but could only bring in one of the passes. While Wilson is a fringe roster candidate in fantasy, some managers may use this performance as a reason to drop the second-year wide receiver. However, the Cardinals' schedule does lighten up after this game, and he may be a player you don't want to let your league mates pick up. With the Cardinals traveling to Miami to face the Dolphins, Wilson remains a potential streaming option in that matchup.

Arizona's final practice report of the week will be one to monitor. If both wideouts are unavailable, Zay Jones, Greg Dortch, and Xavier Weaver will be in line for an uptick in snaps, with tight end Trey McBride likely the biggest benefactor of the depleted target competition.

San Francisco 49ers kicker Anders Carlson will kick off against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday in Santa Clara. The younger brother of Raiders kicker Daniel Carlson will be the third kicker used by the 49ers in as many games since Jake Moody (ankle) and Matthew Wright (shoulder, back) both suffered injuries attempting to make tackles. Anyone streaming kickers or looking for a replacement could do worse than Carlson in Week 7.
