The 25-year-old delivered one of his top highlights on the night in the third quarter, dancing through multiple defenders behind the line of scrimmage before ultimately dumping the ball off to an open Kyle Juszczyk for the second of three touchdown strikes. Purdy's improved movement and gaudy passing numbers since the 49ers' Week 14 bye (297.7 passing yards/game with 15 total touchdowns in three starts) indicate that the signal-caller is finally fully healed from the turf toe injury that derailed the earlier portions of his 2025 campaign. With the 12-4 49ers needing just one win to secure the No. 1 seed in the NFC and a first-round bye, fantasy managers can expect to see Purdy's best against the Seahawks in Week 18.

Purdy took his game to new heights by throwing five touchdown passes in a game for the first time in his career. The 25-year-old attacked Indianapolis' reeling secondary from the onset, firing three scores to three different receivers on San Francisco's first three possessions Monday. Purdy has been on an absolute heater coming out of the 49ers' bye week, amassing 590 passing yards and eight touchdowns without ever being forced to punt in both starts. The Iowa State Cyclone did lose star TE George Kittle (7-115-1) to an ankle injury in the second half, so Purdy could be missing one of his top weapons against the Bears in Week 17.

Swift took nine carries for 54 yards and a pair of touchdowns while adding two receptions on three targets for 25 yards in Sunday's 42-38 loss to the 49ers.

Swift actually finished with fewer carries and less yardage than in his quiet fantasy outing against the Packers in Week 16, but he was able to do far more with less against the 49ers. The 26-year-old averaged 6.0 yards per carry while scoring multiple rushing touchdowns for the second time over his last three starts. Swift and backfield mate Kyle Monangai (11 touches for 47 yards) split work evenly as they have been doing for most of the season, with the veteran outshining the rookie this time around.

Swift rushed the ball 13 times for 58 yards in Saturday's 22-16 overtime win over the Packers. He added two receptions on two targets for 12 yards.

Swift maintained a modest edge as the Bears' lead back, totaling 15 touches to 12 for Kyle Monangai. The former's longest gain from scrimmage went for only nine yards, though he still managed a relatively efficient performance in a tough matchup. The Bears were forced into an atypically pass-heavy offensive approach, which led to modest individual numbers in the rushing game and Swift's lowest yardage output since Week 12.

Swift (groin) is listed as active Sunday against the Packers.

Swift made an appearance on the Bears' injury report midweek due to a groin issue that limited him Wednesday and Thursday, leaving him questionable for Week 16 action. Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reported earlier Saturday that Swift was expected to play this weekend, which now has been confirmed. In a Week 14 loss at Green Bay, Swift earned 58 percent of the offensive snaps en route to 16 touches for 82 yards from scrimmage, while rookie RB Kyle Monangai took 14 carries for 57 yards on a 41 percent snap share. Both backs figure to be involved with first place in the NFC North on the line.

Monangai handled eight carries for 38 yards and caught three of four targets for nine yards in Sunday's 42-38 loss to the 49ers.

Monangai and D'Andre Swift (9-54-2) both averaged well over 4.0 yards per carry against the 49ers' porous run defense Sunday, but the latter's pair of rushing touchdowns gave the veteran counterpart of Chicago's backfield duo the fantasy edge in Week 17. Monangai has cooled off a bit since exploding on the scene midseason, averaging 44.5 rushing yards per game with no touchdowns over his last four contests. That said, the seventh-round rookie remains a featured piece on offense for Chicago heading into a Week 18 matchup against the Lions.

Monangai rushed the ball nine times for 50 yards in Saturday's 22-16 overtime win over the Packers. He added three receptions on four targets for 43 yards.

Monangai was modestly out-touched by D'Andre Swift, but the rookie was the more productive in Saturday's comeback win. Monangai delivered a few particularly impactful plays, highlighted by a 34-yard catch and run on a screen pass to set up a field goal for the Bears. His longest rushes went for 13 and 11 yards, the latter of which converted a third down and set up Caleb Williams' game-winning throw. Monangai has double-digit touches in six consecutive games while splitting the backfield with Swift, and the former has reached 90 yards from scrimmage twice in that span.

Maye completed 19 of 21 passing attempts for 256 yards and five touchdowns while rushing three times for 22 yards in Sunday's 42-10 win over the Jets.

Maye completed 31 of 44 pass attempts for 380 yards, two touchdowns and one interception while taking 10 carries for 25 yards and a lost fumble in Sunday's 28-24 win over Baltimore.

Gordon did not log a carry or target during Miami's 20-17 win over the Buccaneers on Sunday.

Gordon carried the ball once for one yard during Sunday's 45-21 loss to the Bengals.

Egbuka caught three of five targets for 20 yards in Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Dolphins.

Egbuka brought in one of two targets for 40 yards in the Buccaneers' 23-20 loss to the Panthers on Sunday.
