Flacco completed 25 of 45 passes for 199 yards with a touchdown and an interception while adding one rush for eight yards in the Browns' 41-17 loss to the Ravens on Sunday. He also lost a fumble.

Flacco's underwhelming line tells the tale of a sluggish afternoon for the Browns' offense, one during which he took two sacks in addition to his two turnovers. Flacco spread the ball around well but was outmanned by an aggressive Ravens defense and an efficient, mistake-free performance by Lamar Jackson. Flacco was replaced by rookie Dillon Gabriel for the final drive -- which did result in a touchdown -- but Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports head coach Kevin Stefanski confirmed Flacco would remain the starter for a Week 3 home matchup against the Packers.

Flacco completed 31 of 45 passes for 290 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in Sunday's 17-16 loss to the Bengals. He added two rushes for six yards.

The Browns played at a methodical pace and prioritized passes to the short areas of the field early in the game, with Flacco attempting 15 passes for 87 yards by halftime. He opened things up in the second half, when he accounted for his longest completions of the game (25, 25 and 22 yards). Flacco's lone touchdown of the game came on the opening drive of the third quarter, when he connected with Cedric Tillman from five yards away. Things turned quickly, however, as he threw an interception that set up the game-winning field goal for Cincinnati on the following drive.

Montgomery rushed 11 times for 57 yards and a touchdown and secured his only target for four yards in the Lions' 52-21 win over the Bears on Sunday.

Montgomery and backfield mate Jahmyr Gibbs each recorded a rushing touchdown, and Montgomery also had just one fewer carry than his star teammate, albeit while compiling 37 fewer rushing yards. Montgomery still averaged 5.2 yards per carry, however, and he rang up his first TD of the season on a one-yard run late in the first quarter. Through two games, it appears the backs will continue to operate in a fairly close timeshare, but they face a thorny matchup in a Week 3 road trip to face the Ravens on Monday night, Sept. 22.

Montgomery rushed the ball 11 times for 25 yards in Sunday's 27-13 loss to the Packers. He added four receptions on four targets for 18 yards.

The Lions' offense struggled to get on track, which led to underwhelming performances for nearly all of their skill-position players. Montgomery wasn't an exception, but he did manage 15 touches, nearly evenly matching Jahmyr Gibbs' 19. A more typical game script may change how the backs are deployed, but Montgomery still appears to have a significant role in Detroit's backfield heading into a Week 2 matchup against the Bears.

Engram missed practice Wednesday due to a back injury.

Engram managed a calf issue prior to Week 2 action, but he approached this past Sunday's 29-28 loss to the Colts without an injury designation before recording 25 of a possible 58 snaps on offense. Now that he's dealing with a new injury concern, the tight end's status will now need to be monitored as this weekend's contest against the Chargers approaches. If Engram ends up limited or out, added Week 3 opportunities would be available for Adam Trautman, as well as Nate Adkins and Lucas Krull to a lesser degree.

Broncos head coach Sean Payton said Wednesday that Engram (undisclosed) did not practice, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.

Payton declined to comment on the nature of Engram's injury. The veteran tight end was forced out early during Denver's win over the Titans in Week 1 due to a calf injury, but he was able to gain full clearance in time to return Week 2 against the Colts. Engram has, however, failed to play 50 percent in either of the Broncos' two games so far this season, and he's totaled just two catches for 33 yards on four targets thus far. Even if Engram manages to gain full clearance in time for Sunday's matchup against the Chargers, fantasy managers may want to search elsewhere for options at the tight end position.

Engram returned from the calf injury he sustained in Week 1, but he played only 43 percent of offensive snaps and worked behind Adam Trautman (62 percent), who brought in all three of his targets for 10 yards and a score. It's possible Engram gets more involved in Week 3 against the Chargers as he improves his game fitness, but even before being injured in the opener he played just one snap, and the veteran chain-mover may not be as entrenched as the team's No. 1 tight end as expected, with Trautman offering superior blocking ability. Fantasy managers may want to wait until Engram proves he's earned a larger snap share before relying on him.

Irving rushed 17 times for 71 yards and brought in all six targets for 50 yards in the Buccaneers' 20-19 win over the Texans on Monday night.

Backfield mate Rachaad White actually took the first touch of the night for the Buccaneers, but Irving went on to gain 16 yards on his first two carries later in the opening possession. The Texans were able to clamp down on Irving more consistently as the game unfolded, but the versatile second-year back helped make up for some inefficiency with his work as a receiver. Irving particularly came up big on Tampa Bay's game-winning drive, recording four of his catches for a total of 39 yards. White would go on to punch in the game-winning score, but Irving still outpaced him by seven carries and four targets. The duo should continue in a timeshare that clearly tilts in Irving's favor during a Week 3 home matchup against the Jets on Sunday afternoon.

Irving rushed 14 times for 37 yards and brought in all four targets for eight yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneers' 23-20 win over the Falcons on Sunday.

Both Irving and Falcons counterpart Bijan Robinson were stymied by the opposing front seven, but each also found a way to get into the end zone as a receiver. Irving's nine-yard touchdown grab in the third quarter was particularly critical for his fantasy day, as it prevented what would have otherwise been a total washout in that regard. Irving also saw a bit of a lesser rushing workload than might have been expected in the back-and-forth affair, and he could have an uphill climb to an efficient performance again in a Week 2 Monday night road matchup against the Texans on Sept. 15.

Smith accrued one rush for two yards and failed to gather his lone target during Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Eagles.

Smith returned two kickoffs for 63 yards during Kansas City's 27-21 loss to the Chargers on Friday night.

Reed announced Tuesday via social media that he underwent successful surgeries to repair a fractured collarbone and a Jones fracture in his left foot.

Reed is expected to miss 6-to-8 weeks after fracturing his collarbone in Thursday's 27-18 win over the Commanders, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Bryant caught two of three targets for 18 yards in Sunday's 29-28 loss to the Colts.
