Jordan Love: Hot play continues with three TDs
Sunday, December 7, 2025 10:18 PM

Love completed 17 of 25 pass attempts for 234 yards, three touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 28-21 win over Chicago.

Love followed up his four-score outing from Thanksgiving with Sunday's three-touchdown effort in another win over a division foe. The 26-year-old also threw his fourth interception of the season, but it barely dented his 120.7 passer rating against the Bears. Love has completed 67 percent of his passes for 3,028 passing yards while generating 22 touchdowns and six turnovers across 13 starts in 2025. With his midseason cold spell in the rear-view mirror, Love is looking like a startable fantasy asset again as the fantasy playoffs approach.

Evan McPherson: Does his job on extra points
Sunday, December 7, 2025 10:18 PM

McPherson made all four of his extra-point attempts in Sunday's 39-34 loss to the Bills.

The kicker did not attempt a field goal in the loss. McPherson has connected on a combined six field goals and six extra points in the two weeks since Joe Burrow returned to the Bengals' lineup as the team's starting quarterback, and he should continue to get opportunities as long as Burrow is leading the offense.

Dylan Sampson: Stands out as receiver in loss
Sunday, December 7, 2025 10:18 PM

Sampson rushed twice for four yards and secured five of six targets for 64 yards in the Browns' 31-29 loss to the Titans on Sunday. He also lost a fumble.

Sampson played through a hamstring concern and delivered a standout effort as a receiver, finishing as Shedeur Sanders' second-most-targeted pass catcher while posting the team's second-highest reception total. Sampson matched a career high in receiving yards in the process, and he's now contributed at least five receptions on three occasions during his rookie campaign. Sampson should continue in his change-of-pace role alongside Quinshon Judkins in a Week 15 road clash with the 49ers.

Wil Lutz: Comes through when called upon
Sunday, December 7, 2025 10:16 PM

Lutz made his only field-goal try and all three of his extra-point attempts Sunday in a 24-17 win over Las Vegas.

It was a relatively stress-free day for Lutz, as his only field-goal attempt -- which he converted -- came from just 23 yards out. The veteran kicker also made all three of his PATs. Lutz has gone 20-for-23 on FG tries and 28-for-28 on extra-point attempts this season.

Chris Boswell: Perfect in win
Sunday, December 7, 2025 10:12 PM

Boswell made both field-goal attempts and all three extra-point tries in Sunday's 27-22 win over the Ravens.

Both of Boswell's field goals were from shorter distances, 23 and 28 yards, than extra-point tries. The kicker has only missed three times in 2025, going 21-of-24 on field-goal tries and 33-of-33 on extra-point attempts.

Jerome Ford: Fills in as kick returner
Sunday, December 7, 2025 10:11 PM

Ford caught two of three targets for 10 yards and returned five kickoffs for 113 yards in Sunday's 31-29 loss to Tennessee in Week 14.

Ford was needed to fill in on kickoff returns after the team's primary returner, Malachi Corley (concussion), was removed from the contest and never returned. Ford, who has fallen behind Dylan Sampson in the running back rotation, has seen an uptick in activity the last two games, garnering six targets, five catches and 27 receiving yards in addition to his work on special teams. He leads the backfield in targets (29) and catches (24),

Alec Pierce: Undisclosed injury on last drive
Sunday, December 7, 2025 10:09 PM

Pierce left the final drive of Sunday's loss at Jacksonville with an undisclosed injury, but was not in the concussion protocol despite a broadcast report saying he was being evaluated for a concussion, the Indianapolis Star reports. "You can ask the trainers," Pierce said. "Not going to talk about injuries."

NFL players are not allowed to talk to reporters after the game if in the concussion protocol, so a concussion can be ruled out at this point. It sounds like a minor injury but check his status in practice early in the week. Pierce recorded five receptions on eight targets for 80 yards in the loss.

Jerry Jeudy: Breaks free for long TD
Sunday, December 7, 2025 10:09 PM

Jeudy brought in three of five targets for 76 yards and a touchdown in the Browns' 31-29 loss to the Titans on Sunday.

The veteran wideout put together one of his few productive performances of the season to date, posting his second-highest receiving yardage total of the season with the help of a season-long 60 yard reception that went for a touchdown with under three minutes remaining late in the first half. Jeudy appears to be developing some encouraging chemistry with Shedeur Sanders, now having posted a 7-141-1 line on 12 targets over the latter's first three starts.

Jacoby Brissett: Throws two TDs in blowout loss
Sunday, December 7, 2025 10:03 PM

Brissett completed 25 of 44 pass attempts for 271 yards, two touchdowns and one interception while adding 22 rushing yards on four attempts in Sunday's 45-17 loss to the Rams.

Brissett got off to a hot start when he drove his team down the field for a touchdown pass on the game's opening possession, but that's where the good news dries out. The veteran signal-caller was clamped down from there on out, salvaging his day from a fantasy perspective with a garbage-time touchdown in the fourth quarter. Brissett's three-game streak of reaching 300 passing yards came to an end Sunday, but he is still posting voluminous passing numbers while starting for the fledgling Cardinals. Kyler Murray (foot) has still not been reinstated off of injured reserve, leaving Brissett to handle a rough road matchup against the Texans next Sunday.

Cam Ward: Forgettable numbers despite win
Sunday, December 7, 2025 10:02 PM

Ward completed 14 of 28 passes for 117 yards with two touchdowns and one interception while adding two carries for four yards in the Titans' 31-29 win over the Browns on Sunday.

The Titans clawed their way to their third win of the season Sunday, and Ward did contribute with 14- and five-yard scoring tosses to Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike. While that marked the first multi-touchdown effort of Ward's career, the rookie first overall pick also posted his third-lowest completion percentage of the season and recorded just one completion of over 20-plus yards. Ward now has four sub-200-yard tallies in his last five games, an unfavorable pattern he'll look to snap in a Week 15 road matchup against the 49ers next Sunday.
