Request Withdrawal

  • Prize are sent via ACH (direct bank transfer) or check by mail to the address in your FFPC account.
  • Cash withdrawals which total $600 or more in a single fiscal year will require a W-9 to be filled out and will generate an IRS Form-1099 for the year in which the withdrawals are paid.
  • Any funds left in your FFPC account can be used for future FFPC entries. Only the withdrawn funds are subject to IRS Form-1099 reporting.
  • If your withdrawal requests for the year total $600 or more, you will be redirected to complete an IRS W-9 form. Once you submit the completed W-9 form, you MUST RETURN TO THIS PAGE to complete your withdrawal request.
  • Due to the holidays, withdrawals are currently available via ACH only. Withdrawals by check option will be made available on Monday, December 27.

Account Deactivation

Deactivate your FFPC account for specified amount of time

In compliance with certain US state law, if you wish to disable or permanently deactivate (close) your FFPC account for any reason, you may submit your request using the section below. By requesting to deactivate your account, the following steps will be taken:
  • Access to your FFPC account will be removed for the length of time which you specify.
  • Any FFPC league entries eligible for refund will be removed and refunded.
  • You may request to withdraw any remaining funds from your FFPC account.
At the end of your self-exclusion period, you may choose to open access to your FFPC account by contacting customer support at support@myffpc.com.

An individual enabling a self-exclusion or self-restriction must agree to release all of the following from any harm, monetary or otherwise, that may arise as a consequence of the self-restriction: (i) The state in which the exclusion or restriction is being requested (ii) The legislative body and its employees and agents (iii) The FFPC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents. FFPC also offers self-restrictions to users including, but not limited to, Deposit limits or notifications, fantasy contest entry volume limits or notifications, fantasy contest entry fee limits or notifications, loss limits or notifications, time-based limits or notifications, temporary suspension requests, and any other restrictions that a user may request that the FFPC considers appropriate.
