The NFL season will be here a week from today, players. And our live Main Event drafts are filling up! We only have THREE spots remaining if you want to draft live on the Strip at Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, too. As a reminder, this year's champ is bringing in a record $500,000 for his or her efforts, and the runner-up will be grabbing a cool $100,000 as well! Register for the 2020 FFPC Main Event now right here! Here are the details:
- 75 live draft dates/times (Up from 59 last year)
- $3,900,000 prize pool (Up $800,000 from last year)
- After grabbing your first team, each additional team is $1500 online, $1625 live--a savings of $400 per each additional team.

Get Ready For the Draft-A-Thon
The 2020 Footballguys Players Championship continues to fill up faster than normal, players--don't miss out! We have drafts launching as late as a 12:30 am contest tonight.) This competition features a guaranteed prize pool with a $500,000 grand prize and over $3,000,000 million total prize pool. That's right--we've doubled the grand prize to $500,000! The 2020 FPC contest is capped at 10,800 teams. All prizes are fully guaranteed. And remember our 2020 Draft-A-Thon launches tomorrow. I'll be back with you in the morning to announce the details.
Here is everything to know about this year's competition:
- Drafts going off daily
- $3,100,000 prize pool (Up $800,000 from last year)
- Teams are $350 each (or a three-pack of teams for $1000)
Remember, you now have the opportunity to draft to win $500,000 every day from now until the start of the NFL season.
Another new feature we just rolled out is that switching or leaving drafts both in the FPC and the rest of our FFPC drafts just became a whole lot more user-friendly. If you need to bounce out of a league, you won’t need to send an email to us anymore. All you have to do is click on the “EXIT LEAGUE” button on the league homepage. You then will remove yourself instantly as long as it is not less than 15 minutes before the start of your draft and fewer than 10 teams are registered.

Register For the Footballguys Players Championship
1st Waiver Wire Is Tomorrow
Friday night at 10:00 p.m. ET is your cutoff to get your free agent bids in for the first waiver wire run of the season for any Footballguys, Classic and/or Victory Points league that concludes on or before tomorrow. The waivers will then process overnight, but the players will not show up on your roster until roughly five hours later at about 3 a.m. We scheduled this as not to overload our servers when we have so many live drafts still going on until a little after 2 a.m.
The next waiver wire run will be next Wednesday, September 9th for all Footballguys and classic satellite leagues that conclude on or before next Tuesday the 8th. As a friendly reminder for all online Main Event drafts this weekend, your first waiver wire run will be this Wednesday.
Free agency pages may be accessed by logging into your account. Then on your MyTeams page, click on "Leagues", then "Team", then "Create Bid Group" (which is the white button in the middle of the page).
Terminator Drafts For You Today
Created in 2009, the 2020 FFPC Terminator Contest is actually quite simple. By adding just a few tweaks to the standard Best Ball format, it completely alters it and creates this brand new format that has proven to be exciting and challenging. Did one of your players get injured or is under performing? Terminate him!
